We are organised into Business Delivery and Business Enabling Functions. Our Business Delivery Units constitute Engineering & Construction (E&C), Asset Solutions (previously called EPS) which includes Integrated Energy Services (IES), and our rapidly growing New Energies Services (NES). Our technical functions are currently being consolidated under an initiative called 1tec. Our Business Enabling Functions comprise: Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Communications and QHSE. We work together with our partners and contractors, to deliver our business objectives in line with our values and strategy.

This position falls within the Asset Solutions (AS) business, which comprises Asset Operations and Asset Development, and is responsible for: provision of operations support services; operations & maintenance; operations modification projects; well services; engineering consultancy; and training.

Key Responsibilities:

The Materials and Logistics Superintendent will be responsible for carrying out assigned work with particular emphasis on HSEQ performance and cost-effective delivery.
Accountable for ensuring that the entire materials, and logistics, discipline within the company are handled in a safe and efficient manner, with specific consideration given to ensuring that all disciplines under their control are performed in a manner that has no negative impact on the environment, nor on the safety of any individual that may be associated in the logistics process.
Accountable for ensuring that within the materials and logistics discipline all processes employed comply with all Company, Client, and relevant legislative requirements.
Responsible for the generation, and continual maintenance, of any, and all, policies and procedures raised to ensure the safe and efficient performance of the materials and logistics discipline.
Accountable for the chartering/contracting of all logistics service requirements, be they by means of air, sea, or land, and the input of any technical revue that may be associated with same.
Responsible, as a key core member, of the Emergency Response Team, for ensuring that the required level of support is provided in relation to any emergency condition that may on occasion occur.
Accountable for ensuring, as far as possible, that a sufficient level of long-term strategic planning, medium term campaign planning, and near-term daily planning, is conducted in relation to the materials and logistics support being provided to the operation.
Accountable for the provision of equipment, processes employed, controls employed, and ultimate reporting, of the waste stream generated in support of any operational offshore campaigns.
Responsible for ensuring that suitable materials and logistics records are maintained to support the cost control discipline.
Accountable for ensuring that the most cost-effective logistics and materials control services are employed on behalf of the company, and it’s clients.
Participate risk reviews and support the documentation as required by the project utilising Turus.

Essential Skills:

Degree qualified in an engineering discipline (preferable but not essential)
Extensive experience in Supply Chain Management, with a bias towards the logistics, and materials control for well operations activities.
Track record of managing all logistics and materials associated with well operation activities to facilitate an offshore drilling campaign.
Well versed in the complexities associated with marine chartering.
Proven leadership in issues of an HSEQ nature.
High level of knowledge of all legislative issues appertaining to the logistics and materials control discipline within the UAE and Oman.
Excellent negotiation skills, and a good grounding in contractual issues encountered within the logistics and materials field.
Computer literate in MS Office suite, and generic computerized materials management packages.
Excellent communicator, both verbal and written, and confident of presenting at board level.
Able to work in a team and understand that all users’ requirements need to be considered.

Job Description

Handling Strategic partners' incoming support queries efficiently and timely.
Executing key partnership payments efficiently and timely, with accuracy.
Undertaking the technical setup and coordination of Strategic Partners accesses.
Coordinate amongst departments to ensure smooth Strategic partners onboarding and their operation.
Coordinate with relevant departments regarding promotional content and overall presentation of the partnership program, as well as ensuring that necessary approvals/checks are in place for new offerings
Responsible to generate and maintain adequate reports and presentations relating to Strategic partners and Promotions.
Monitor and evaluate Strategic partners' activities through several channels and provide timely updates and recommendations.

Qualifications

Essential:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Job Description Overview

The Team Lead Specialist Customer Success Partner Team ISBN (Team Lead) has overall responsibility for the daily management of a territory portfolio of Cloud customer accounts, the coaching and management of a reduced team of sCSP, and business responsibility to secure the revenue growth of its portfolio by securing Renewals, Current Cloud Backlog Growth, development of the Business Network in term of adoption and Supplier revenues. The Team Lead is expected to serve as the lead of a team of sCSPs focused on a portfolio and territory and he/she will : 1- develop the skills and ability of his/her team to help deploying the adequate level of Governance in their accounts, foster the use of Line of Business Best practices, and the effective positioning of the specific Line of Business value proposition in order to leverage adoption of our solutions and services necessary to support the customer. Finally, his/her role is to coordinate with the team the animation of the specific portfolio via critical direct or indirect post Sales marketing actions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Critical assessment of a specific portfolio and review assignment of each team member, with the help of its line manager critical review of key accounts challenge and capacity assigned.
Development of each team member skills and capacity to implement account strategies and implementation plans for emerging and renewal customers. Coach the assigned team member to implement successful strategy to strengthen adoption and identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts. These plans should:
- Increase spend under management, network adoption, transaction volume and trading relationships on the Network
- Ensure rapid adoption and enablement of solutions that drive value for the customer
- Expand business process automation across the specific Line of business applications
- Increase the customer’s usage aligned with their contracted cloud applications up to and beyond the entitlements that they have.
In agreement with its line management the Team lead will be assigned a 2 to 4 accounts of medium complexity as its direct responsibility.
One key area of focus of the Team Lead is to secure the proper adherence of the team to regional and SAP goals : promoting the KPI definition and relevance to its team, securing regular monitoring
Develop and nurture account relationship and engage C-Level and program sponsors in order to secure customer success
Track SLA performance, usage and adoption metrics, and overall customer satisfaction for the team assigned portfolio
Foster team collaboration with the broader SAP team (withing the ISBN and across SAP), insuring that his organization is working closely with other regional business teams (such as SAP and Cloud LoB AEs, Services Account Managers, Product support personnel, GADs, MPs and other customer facing personnel) in support of global customers and corporate functions necessary to support all assigned accounts.
Act as primary leadership escalation point for cloud solutions for those accounts within the team portfolio, assist his team members is progressing via complex context, customer c-level facing role to drive customer adoption of SAP Best practice.
Stimulate opportunity development withing the portfolio assigned (including growth and qualification of pipeline in conjunction with assigned Account Executives) and accurate forecasting of the Renewal and network growth
Leadership support for deal management and commercial negotiation of the opportunity managed by its team members sCSP (from opportunity to close) for renewals.
Attend and key accounts quarterly Account Reviews and monthly Relationship Reviews with customer and Account team members, offering leadership coverage and specific guidance.
Work with its line manager and regional lead to determine portfolio and territory strategic plan around revenue growth and customer success, critical execution and celebrating successes.
Organize and orchestrate key community animation in relation with its portfolio and territory to contribute to customer engagement and success celebration
Engaged in team member Goal definition, performance management and key development plan. Measure and determine progressions. The Team lead will be managing regular SAP Talks and document team members progresses.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

Strong Procurement Line of Business specific experience:
- Supply chain, Finance and Procurement and eBusiness expertise
5+ years of experience in at least one the following areas:
- Managing complex customer engagements
- Commercial experience including experience developing account management plans and contract negotiation
- Selling or delivering consulting services
Exposure to ISBN solutions (at least Ariba or Fieldglass module, expertise on Business Network would be appreciated)
Customer relationship management and sales team management expertise
Proficiency in SAP Commercial and Account Management Systems: CRM, Totango, HPI,
Financial systems, financial planning and enterprise resource planning expertise
Complex Account Management understanding and management.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor or Master’s Degree
10+ years of overall business procurement experience
Strong track record of multi-tasking/being highly organized and structured
Experience in Consulting, account management, SaaS renewals
Contract negotiation experience on either the buy or sell side
Analytical, and commercial savvy
Problem solving attitude with a Customer Focus.
Multi-lingual: Proficient in English. Arabic is a plus.
Experience in team management is not mandatory but appreciated.

Specialist Radiology (Part Time), Canadian Specialist Hospital, Dubai, UAE

Job Description

To interpret and perform diagnostic and therapeutic imaging procedures within the Scope of Radiology Department. The service includes plain films, fluoroscopy, GI studies, ultrasound, mammography CT Scans and MRI. Administrative support is provided by the Chief Radiologist.

QUALIFICATION, LICENSURE, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SPECIAL SKILLS:

Graduate of approved Medical School with a valid license to practice medicine; certification by American/Australia/Canadian Board of Radiology or possession of an FRCR (Canada) in Diagnostic Radiology or the English FRCP (or equivalent).
5 to10 years experience in the practice of radiology following completion of training.
Excellent command of oral and written English. Knowledge of the Arabic language is desirable but not essential.
Must have a thorough knowledge of medical ethics, with particular reference to the obligation to maintain the confidentiality of his work; personality which inspires confidence and trust in his patients; and adhere to Bylaws, Rules and Regulations of the Medical Organization.
Current licensure in the country of origin and with a DHA license to practice as a specialist in diagnostic radiology in Dubai, UAE.
Communication, and interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with co-workers, superiors, patients & families.
BLS certified
