About this opportunity 

As a Territory Manager, the role will be responsible for selling Invisalign and iTero products in the Omani market. It is a field sales role, based in Oman. 

 

In this role, you will… 

 

  • Launch Invisalign clear aligners  and iTero intra-oral scanner in the Omani market
  • Conduct market assessment and research to define opportunities for growth within the Omani market including account profiling and customer segmentation and targeting
  • Identify and assess potential of new customers and accounts
  • Develop and implement doctor and account specific growth plans that support practice digitization
  • Implement the Align digital platform and workflow across the practice and drive adoption of digital tools
  • Support the business and clinical development journey of customers
  • Manage accounts in the assigned region, monitor business performance and market trends, reporting regularly to the GCC Area Sales Manager
  • Achieve sales objectives and targets with a growth and results orientated mindset
  • Collaborate cross functionally with key functions internally and across multiple stakeholders in clinics
  • Be a true team player, participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals

  • Expert in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and experienced using computer aided sales systems
  • Fluent in English (Arabic preferable)
  • Valid Omani driving license

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • At least 3 years of proven sales record
  • Ideally, with an industry background in the human sciences / medical devices field, preferably with products that are sensitive to active consumer/patient demand.
  • Dental experience and knowledge of Omani market is preferred

An Assistant Spa & Wellness Manager is responsible for assisting the Spa Director with operations, team management, and training to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while helping to achieve annual revenue targets. 

What will I be doing?  

As an Assistant Spa & Wellness Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Spa Director with the Spa & Fitness operations, team management, and training to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. An Assistant Spa & Wellness Manager will also be required to help achieve revenue targets and manage customer feedback. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Assist Spa Director with managing operations
  • Manage and carry out procedures, have current knowledge of treatments, and ensure all treatments comply with current legislation and company standards
  • Ensure client experience is proficient including bookings, payments, and consultation cards
  • Assist Spa Director with managing spa team members to ensure high motivation, provision of high-quality service and ongoing development
  • Assist Spa Director with the recruiting, managing, training and development of the team
  • Assist Fitness Supervisor in meeting revenue targets
  • Assist Spa Director in meeting department annual budget and be accountable for maintaining and operating within financial targets as well as net movement
  • Manage customer feedback effectively to ensure continuous service and programme improvement
  • Instil brand values and standards to maintain quality daily
  • Liaise with other hotel departments
  • Ensure customers and guests receive friendly and consistent personalised service from all team members
  • Respond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved
  • Maintain awareness of department security related to cash, stock and equipment and ensure all department procedures are followed
  • Ensure health, safety and COSHH regulations are complied with, and club rules are observed by members, clients and guests
