What it's about

The Business Applications Group is closely aligned with the business teams and responsible for the key applications to administrate, monitor and analyze Partners Group’s business processes through the investment value chain. It takes care of the development, customization and on-going enhancement of these applications to best support the global business operations of Partners Group. The Junior CRM Software Solutions Engineer focuses on designing and implementing software solutions in our Relationship and Process Management platform, contributing to the entire development cycle, from analysis to production deployment as well as support the business analysts and the services team in the platform to ensuring availability and security in each application.

We are now looking to add a professional to our growing team, based in Singapore. You will have the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities

    Contributes to the development of a specific group of applications in our Relationship and Process Management platform supporting the efforts of development teams, including internal and external team members
    Successful contribution to team projects and initiatives with responsibility for pre-defined task portfolios
    Confident interaction with business users and increasingly with mid-level business leaders to align on priorities
    Build up subject matter expertise pro-actively and identify training requirements
    Create and maintain comprehensive project and solution documentation
    Adherence to change management and security by design practices

What we expect

    Excellent record of academic achievement, ideally bachelor's degree plus 1-2 years' experience in relevant projects or relevant professional education plus 2-5 years' experience in relevant projects
    Knowledge of CRM concepts and solutions
    Strong personal organization skills
    Knowledge of at least one of the programming languages (Java/Python)
    Has the required knowledge for creating SQL sentences to query directly from databases
    Excellent communicator with a team-oriented approach
    Agile or similar development methodology experience

Not required but a plus

    Interest in financial industry. Professional qualification (e.g. CFA, FRM) is desirable but not a requirement
    Experience with cloud services (i.e. AWS or Azure)

    Expert/Professional level Certification on at least one public cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Your roles and Responsibilities

    Azure/AWS Infrastructure SME should have a minimum experience level of 5 - 7 years, with evidence of exposure to Azure/AWS logical constructs such as Enterprise enrolments, Subscriptions, and Resource Groups
    Azure/AWS Infrastructure (network, compute, storage, availability designs) deployment projects during this time
    Deploying Enterprise solutions of varying complexity on Azure/AWS cloud platforms in 1 or more regions
    Azure/AWS integration aspects for hybrid solutions such as WAN networking, ExpressRoute, VPN, B2B, B2C, Active Directory, etc.
    Knowledge of cloud-native and 3rd party tools for management, monitoring security and automation
    Automation and orchestration tools knowledge such as ARM, Chef, Puppet, Terraform, Ansible, etc, as well as scripting skills such as PowerShell, JSON, YAML,
    Detailed design document writing at a suitable standard for medium complexity and higher projects
    Change management aspects and service management knowledge,
    Completing testing programs, checks and procedures, hand over to production etc.
    Experience of upgrades, consolidation, and new deployments.
    Azure fundamentals/AWS associate certification as a minimum
    Knowledge and Certification on one or more other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, OCI) is desirable

POSITION SUMMARY:

B Capital Group is looking for an outstanding IT Support Engineer to join our growing global IT team. You will be supporting full cloud-based technologies and end user devices that help with our investment processes.

You should understand Networking, System Administration and Helpdesk Support. Although you are not expected to be an expert in any one of these areas, you will need to manage them at various times and hold your own on a technical level.

BASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Work as a global IT operations team providing world class support to the company

BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Your role

Come join our Finance team as our latest Treasury Accountant where you will provide end to end support of the Treasury process, and assist the Treasury Manager for daily cash management and cashflow forecasting.
