Graphic Designer - Communication Designing- ESAG, Dubai
Job Description
The Visual Communication and Graphics Specialist designs artworks for our key brands, including but not limited to marketing campaigns, presentations, branding materials, POS displays, digital content, motion graphics, website elements, email campaigns and infographics. The ideal candidate should be goal-oriented and has a firm grasp of design best practices across digital and print platforms.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Work with the creative and strategy team to design campaign and branding artworks that compel audiences to intended action.
• Devise fresh campaign ideas that deliver on defined business challenges in visually and emotionally engaging ways.
• Create aesthetic and unambiguous visual communications.
• Manage time effectively and with economical direction to help projects stay on budget and time.
• Ensure high level of creativity, quality and consistency.
• Work with outside vendors to meet quality standards, deadlines and budget.
• Ensure proper implementation of branding guidelines.
• Support the marketing team’s execution of the approved content calendar, campaign plans and brand strategy.
Desired Candidate Profile
REQUIRED:
• At least 3 years of graphic design experience preferably in the GCC.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Intermediate skill level in using Adobe After Effects.
• Basic knowledge of 3D authoring software, Google Web Designer, photography/videography and HTML
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Career-focused and self-motivated.
• Thrives under pressure and can be counted on to deliver consistent results.
• Great with deadlines and details.
• A good team player with ability to work cohesively with diverse industry experts.
DESIRED:
• Degree or equivalent in design, advertising, marketing, multimedia or related discipline.
• Sound problem solving skills with an in-depth understanding of consumer centered campaigns.
• Has a collaborative approach in managing feedback.
