About the Job:

Main Duties:


Responsible for dealing with all colleague queries and telephone calls that come through the office and direct them to the relevant HR colleague.

To handle planning of colleague engagement events.

To update colleague records on internal HR Management system.

To communicate internal policies and procedures to the colleagues via established communication channels.

To assist in Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding processes.

To update all departments (coordinators and line manager) with latest information of new joiners.

To prepare, organise and deliver the Human Resources induction for the new joiners.

To handle confidential matters and information with the appropriate level of sensitivity.

 

 

About You:


The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:


Hotel school fresh graduate or last year student

Previous internship experience in luxury hotels

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Design application knowledge (i.e., Canva) - preferable

In this role as a Legal Specialist you would review, analyse, draft and negotiate contracts in conjunction with User and Sponsor departments to protect the interests of, and meet the business requirements of Qatar Airways Group.  

 

Key Accountabilities: 

Provide high quality legal review, analysis, negotiation and drafting of vendor contracts, including service agreements, statements of work, licenses and consultancy agreements. 

Evaluate and action events based on severity of impact on current and future contractual obligations in full coordination with internal and external department stakeholders.

Direct identification, development and implementation of entire range of contract formation, negotiation and administration policies and processes in accordance with corporate objectives.

Resolve any disputes which come up and identifying areas for improvement in company’s contracting processes.

Provide legal interpretation on terms and conditions of contracts.

Review, and draft and negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers.

Identify potential risks and threats to the projects and propose appropriate mitigation plan to management.

Contribute to and implement policies, systems, processes, procedures and standards covering all relevant business operational functions so that all operational requirements are fulfilled while complying and delivering a quality service to our internal and external customers.

Qualifications

About you:

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job-related

Must be qualified as a lawyer in a recognized jurisdiction 

Must have work experience in a law firm or dedicated legal environment.

A job-related experience in a similar position

Strong legal drafting skills

Excellent knowledge in contract and commercial negotiation relating to service and product agreements.

Ability to understand complex vendor contracts and a proven track record of handling complex issues and negotiation

About the role


As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will supervise daily restaurant operations and assists with menu planning; maintain sanitation standards and assist servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods. Key Accountabilities:


Supervise the operations and ensure that standards and Sequence of Service is maintained at all times.

Ensure the smooth preparation of the restaurant side-stations, mise-en-place and table set-ups as per outlet reservations and standards.

Monitor the performance of outlet service employees; supervision duties include; delegating responsibilities, scheduling, coaching and correcting, evaluating, 121 training and mentoring of employees, etc.

Maintain outlet inventory, cleanliness, food rotation and menu and service consistency.

Conduct daily briefings and allocation of the team based on the strategy of the business.

Ensure the proper appearance and grooming standards of all staff at all times to portray a professional image of the restaurant.

Be well versed and knowledgeable of the outlet’s menu and the food and beverage served in the outlet and their preparation and presentation, promotional activities and other relevant issues concerning the outlets.

About you

About the role




The Boutique Manager is responsible for the efficient running of the boutique both front and back of house. Boutique Manager will lead the store team to achieve Qatar Duty Free objectives of maximizing sales, exceptional visual merchandising, driving customer experience & maintaining cost controls.
