JOB DESCRIPTION
OVERALL OBJECTIVE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Job purpose
The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for supporting and work closely with the Branding and Design Lead to ensure that all graphic design outputs are managed in the most professional, effective and efficient manner.
This award winning design team create and maintain our marketing and promotional assets and content which support all departments: Audit, Tax, Advisory across our offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Oman. From concept through to execution, the team promote the KPMG brand and bring it to life, keeping it consistent across various touch points. The team leverage their creativity and skills to produce best-in-class marketing materials, enhance our clients’ experience of our brand, create brand consistency, and get specific business results.
Major duties and responsibilities
Specific duties associated with this role include:
— Collaborate with the wider marketing team and internal clients to support the production of all graphic design outputs
— Conceptualize and ideate to create innovative visuals
— Ensure consistency and integrity behind our company’s brand and brand guidelines
— Bring innovative design ideas, best practice processes and cutting-edge design practices to the team
— Multitasking design projects
— Time management, working creatively under pressure to a deadline
3. PROFILE
Education requirements:
— Qualified to Bachelor’s degree level – in Graphic Design/ Visual Commination’s or Fine Art
Work experience requirements:
— 4+ years post-qualification experience in an agency or in-house design team essential. Portfolio of work is required with the CV
Knowledge / Technical Skills
1 Ability to work under pressure with challenging deadlines, multiple stakeholders and opinions
2 The ability to manage multiple tasks
3 Excellent creative skills
4 Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Specifically, Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
5 A creative portfolio is vital
