What’s the opportunity?

This role will own and drive the on-demand Online Wellness (Beauty and Grooming, Medical tests etc.) Services vertical for Swan. The person will be responsible for Growth, P&L, Service fulfilment, Quality assurance and Partnership management – a 360 degree business management and scaling experience.


Work in this role:


Responsible for owning the P&L for the assigned product(s). This involves actively managing aspects such as product development, marketing, operations, customer service and commercials.

Ensure business KPIs are met as per the plan.

Understand customer behavior and commercial implications to continuously optimize and prioritize product backlog; responsible for maximizing business value from product development

Work closely with Engineering team to ensure all product features are developed to customer friendly and commercial savvy spec and are launched as planned

Actively liaise with marketing to align the marketing initiatives with product vision and target customers

Identify partnership/business development opportunities, negotiate and close deals

Ensure financial processes such as reconciliation, invoicing, payment receivables etc. are completed regularly on time

Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving Service Quality, and that SLAs are met on an ongoing basis.

Liaise with customer service teams to gather customer feedback and devise appropriate solutions

Ensure that the product offering always remains highly competitive.


Who you are:


Functional expertise. 10+ years of experience in product management with strong emphasis on commercial success of product solutions in Mobile Apps.

Experience in scaling on-demand services that have high human touch points such as Beauty, Grooming, Healthcare, Fitness in UAE/Middle East would be a big plus.

The role will be responsible to build effective teams, high-performance culture, scalable processes, and mentor aspiring talent. You must be entrepreneurial, a technology leader with solid experience in design, development and delivery of mobile apps, web applications and tech platforms, at scale.


Work in this role:


Provide technical authority in prospective meetings with other departments and provide guidance to developers.

Provide Hands-on Technical leadership, in development, operation and improvement of services.

Work with the wider team to ensure high quality code is delivered in line with the project goals and delivery cycles.

Work with product managers to understand user needs for new/existing services.

Communicate business goals to the engineers. Keep them focused on building the right product and in the right manner. Ensure that engineering is always adding business value and communicate this value to the business leaders.

Be an individual contributor if necessary. You might spend time coding and contributing to the code base as well. Perform regular code review of the code being developed by your team, to maintain high quality of code.

Who you are:


Functional expertise. 10+ years of experience in architecting, designing, developing, and scaling high quality mobile apps and end-to-end systems in B2C startups.

Experience with eCommerce and/or retail sector product development is preferred.

Experience with backend software development at high scale. Experience with distributed systems, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and microservices design.

This role will be responsible for defining and implementing Swan’s marketing and growth programs. You will work directly with the CEO and take full ownership of our online presence and customer acquisition programs. We need a highly strategic thinker who is also excited to execute unique campaigns that will allow the company to attract new customer segments and scale current channels.


Work in this role:


Define, measure and report the performance of all paid marketing channels/campaigns and assess against ROI and KPI goals including subscriber acquisition and retention.

Develop a scalable growth strategy through our online channels while also evaluating other offline channels for Swan.

Own and efficiently managing the marketing budget, allocating spending and optimizing a blend of channels to hit growth targets efficiently, while thinking long term and being resourceful.

Manage an existing team of 2-3 members and partner agencies.

Manage customer segmentation strategy and develop smart attribution modeling, ensuring we reach the right audience with the right message, at the right place and time.

Manage monthly planning of social media, digital creatives, offline collaterals & mass media initiatives.

Manage the end-to-end funnel optimization from Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue & Advocacy.

Lead marketing analytics and ROI analysis for campaigns and channels, defining CAC and LTV, while executing robust optimization and A/B testing programs.

Partner with the product, engineering and data science to create differentiated solutions that leverage performance media and/or new innovations in marketing technology.
