Role Statement

Attends to customers needs over the counter, which involve receiving cash and non-cash deposits, issuing demand draft, preparing telex/Swift transfers, calculation of exchange from foreign currency to local currency and vice versa, etc. and forwards any excess of cash above assigned limit.

Principal Responsibilities

1. Customer Service: Ensures hosting and serving customers by maintaining the customer service standards at all times.


2. Cash Box Possession: Obtains the cash box from the operations supervisor at the beginning of the day. Logon and logoff the assigned Retail System terminal and maintains cash in the cash box within the permissible limit.


3. Financial Documents Transactions: Receives/dispenses cash from/to customers against appropriate financial documents and receives cheques from customers for deposits. Processes them on Retail System terminal.


4. Verification of Documents: Verifies customers' signature on withdrawal vouchers and other financial or non-financial papers in accordance with Bank's policies and procedures.


5. Approval of Transactions: Obtains necessary approvals for insufficient funds or exceptions from the Account Manager or from the concerned authorities. Directs the customers to the appropriate authorities in case of any special referral in his account.


6. Cash Transaction Review: Obtains/Transfers cash from/to Head Teller by Teller Transfer vouchers in case of inadequate cash or over the cash limit in the cash box.


7. Inspection Vouchers: Prints Branch Journal scan report and hands over to operations supervisor for checking the vouchers.


8. Confidential Customer Accounts: Maintains entire secrecy and confidentiality to all customersรข€™ accounts.


9. Daily Report Update: Signs Branch cash and stock confirmation daily reports jointly with Asst. Manager customer service.


10. Procedure Limit: Maintains overnight working limit and teller limit with prescribed procedure.


11. Update Line Manager: Feeds back Asst. Manager / Head Teller with customers' views/inquiries/complaints and participates in proposing applicable solutions / alternatives.


12. Corporate Governance: Comply with all operational, Audit, Risk and regulatory compliance policies and procedures and AML guidelines.


13. Others Responsibilities: Perform other assignments and related duties as necessary .

Role Statement

Duties & Responsibilities:

Outlines and monitors in the implementation of various activities in the areas of environmental health, industrial hygiene, marine biology, wastewater treatment, air quality, meteorology, oceanography, solid and hazardous waste disposal, aquifer monitoring, groundwater quality, handling and disposal of radioactive materials, geology, hydrology, environmental law, environmental compliance, environmental awareness, etc., to determine norms, pre-edit changes, and evaluate the impact of

Frequently with various Corporate superintendents and contractor managers to evaluate environmental compliance and resolve relevant problems. Regularly with Aramco sponsored communities to monitor compliance. Periodically with Saudi Aramco local suppliers to maintain standards. Occasionally with senior representatives from local government, industry, or communities on issues related to the environment.


1) Supervises or coordinates intra-departmental teams to implement and monitor Corporate environmental policies and compliance. 2) Formulates the basis for environmental studies in his area of expertise Evaluates data as to scope, effect on the existing environment, economic impact, long range planning and budgetary considerations. 3) Supervises and evaluates the implementation of environmental inspections, monitoring sampling, and evaluating measurements. 4) Directs the compilation and analysis of research data in both hard copy or computerized forms. 5) Employs advanced professional and scientific methodology to identify and evaluate environmental or occupational hazards. Advises Corporate authorities and personnel on the risks of managing the hazards. Designs, implements, and monitors the effectiveness of intervention strategies. Provides educational guidance and direction to personnel involved with the hazards.

6) Designs Environmental Awareness and Education courses to promote sound environmental practices at work and in the community. Writes environmental related presentation for work-sites, community groups, as well as articles for Company publications. 7) Reviews and comments on the environmental aspects of contract documents budget briefs, design basis scoping papers, engineering designs, and project proposals. 8) Writes formal scientific reports and reviews reports written by subordinates within the Unit. May make oral presentations of reports.

Acts as an advisor to the Manager, Security operations within one of the five security departments. Performs

Regularly assess surveillance equipment, fences and other protective devices in the area of responsibility and submit improvement recommendations to the manager for review and implementation. Recommends purchase of equipment and supplies for use in identification and investigation that could prove useful to improve the effectiveness of security services.


Coordinate security support activities with security government agencies and area proponent organizations. Supervision is limited to consultation with the manager, and the incumbent is expected to use their own judgment and initiative in achieving results.


Assist the Security Manager after-hours in coordination and act as a liaison for Security Supervisors during major security incidents and emergencies.


Work closely with the Security Manager on developing training programs for the security workforce.


Advise on department strategy, budgets, and accountability measures.
