Job Description

 Day to day on site supervision of assigned crew/crews, Job Planning, look ahead and men handling.

 Prepares Permit To Work (PTW) and Job Safety Plan.

 Prepare/checks daily timesheet and progress reports.

 Prepares requisition of materials/consumables and equipment for the assigned job.

 Checks completion of jobs and ensure safety of subordinates.

Assesses performance of subordinates.



Requirements

Education: Diploma, B.Tech or BE Mechanical Engineering

Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience (with Diplomat +6 years) in onshore oil and gas construction. Minimum 3 year experience gained in the Middle East. 5 year in similar position. Must have experience with compressors, pumps, vessels, flow lines, Wellhead hook-ups and above ground pipelines work involving various materials (CS,SS, Duplex SS experience an advantage)

Language ability: Fluent in written and spoken English

Understanding of spoken Arabic is preferred.

Special Skills: 

Robust knowledge and understanding of various process equipment

Experienced in and be fully aware of the different pipes, gaskets, bolting and welding materials

Experienced in construction/maintenance of pipeline, flowlines, plant at site and workshop level.

Strong leadership skills to drive efficiency and productivity amongst workforce.

Driving  - preferred

Computer literate

Job Description

Use manual welding equipment to fuse metal pieces using shielded metal such as 5G and 6G on SMAW and/or GTAW on both plate and pipe.


Performs welding in accordance with approved WPSs (Welding Procedure Specifications) and when conditions for welding are suitable.


Follow approved procedure for handling welding consumables.


Marks assigned weld no. on the completed joint.


Reports any faults found while carrying out the work to the immediate Superior.


Perform housekeeping after completion of welding activities as assigned by Foreman.


And any other job responsibilities given by the Line In charge


Requirements

Education: Preferred but not essential

Qualification: ITI preferred(TIG and Arc welders – Up Hill – 6 G qualification)

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in onshore oil and gas construction in similar position. Familiar with welding machine operations, cutting with oxy-acetylene or plasma and grinding operation

Language ability: Able to read and understand spoken English

.Special Skills:

Must pass performance qualification test at start of employment and renewal tests every year.

Read and interpret welding procedure specifications.

Knowledge of metals, like carbon steel, duplex stainless steel, incoloy, Inconel etc.

Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metals using different processes such as SMAW or GTAW.

Able to provide 2 joints in one hour on 4”- SCH 40  or  1.5 inch dia  thickness per  hour (Straight flowline/Pipeline section), this logic will be applicable sizes  upto 8”. The pipe sizes 10” above  the requirement shall be  1.75 inch dia thickness per hour ( Eg : min  3 joints  of  12”,12 mm thk in a day

Job Description

Principal Responsibilities:

Carry out routine and non-routine maintenance and IPF testing on all types of  instrument loops and equipment.

Interpret Work Orders, carry out fault finding and repair of instrument control loops without permanent supervision including electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.

Remove and re-install all field instruments and be able to organise and carry out loop testing.

Undertake pre-commissioning and functional testing on new installations.

Ensure that all WORK history with necessary details and data is entered into the CMMS system on completion of maintenance activities, 

Acquire PTW certificate and carry out all the responsibilities of PTW Holder.

Work extended hours and respond to call out duties as and when required


Requirements

Qualification: HND or Diploma in relative discipline or its equivalent. Alternatively, a trade test

witnessed by COMPANY discipline Engineer.

Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in the oil and gas or power generation industries with a

minimum of 4 years in an Instrument Maintenance Technician position.

Job Skills:

English Language read, write and speaking to IELTS level 3.

Able to work with computers, word, excel, and windows and good understanding of CMMS.

Meet all the requirements for Instrument Technician as stated under S/N 20 below.

Can read and understand drawings and functional logic diagrams, cause and effect matrices and control and IPF narratives.

Able to use all test equipment as required to carry out maintenance and fault finding work.

Use required test instruments like multimeter/simulators/communicator/dead weight to carry out maintenance activities

Personality Good interpersonal communication skill, problem solving skills and time management

skills.

About the Role:

Purpose: This role is responsible for developing and maintaining the product portfolio to drive the P&L of mobile Entry Value segment customers (pre- and postpaid) through the definition of value propositions, go-to-market activities and management of the customer base.


 Responsibilities:

 Support achievement of the segment revenue and profitability by proactively managing and fulfilling segment targets (Revenue, APRU, Gross and Net adds, Base, etc) and KPIs according to yearly budget and quarterly/rolling forecast. 

• Identify, develop and implement necessary plans and corrective actions accordingly

 • Implement Entry Value Segment mobile commercial strategy covering for pre- and postpaid and mobile and data sim service for B2C customers in accordance to company strategy.

 • Develop a value based “more for more” driven proposition strategy by integrating mobile (prepaid and postpaid) and content/OTT/Gaming/VAS and other services.

 • Liaise and align with Product Development and Digital Team for partner management, contracts, integration, etc. 

• Monitor and track market development, gain customer and competitor insight by utilizing market research and analytics 

• Plan, manage and execute market communication plans (quarterly/yearly) cross segment wise in coordination with Brand and Coms, and sales channels.

 • Liaise with marcoms team to execute the communication strategy and key messages based on the value propositions 

• Ensure mobilization of frontline (Direct Sales, Indirect Sales, telesales and Customer Care) as integrated part of campaign kick-off’s. 

• Work closely with Go-to-Market Manager to ensure quality in launches

 • Work closely with Product Development Team, to ensure timely delivery of product launches of high quality. 

• Facilitates the adoption of digital transformation initiatives and customer journeys in coordination with Digital team 

• Manage NPS through quality product launches and continued improvement of existing customer journeys, process and products. 

• Monitor on a regular basis reports from Internal Audit and Quality Management to ensure compliance throughout the division with minimal deviations.

 • Ensure process and workflows managed effectively and regularly reviewed, in order to constantly improve levels of service delivery to customers.


 


 


About You:

8 years' experience in a similar role.


Work experience in Marketing, Product Management, Customer Value Management/Usage and Retention.

Significant experience from managing mobile Entry Value Segment (pre and postpaid) and track record of driving cross/upsell within and between segments

Experience in product lifecycle management

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or Engineering
