Job Description

Implement the quality management standards and practices to ensure compliance to the quality scope requirements. Lead inspection, test, repair and reliability matters in relation to maintenance, shutdowns and turnaround scope..

Develop and implement inspection and test plans.

Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and ensure activity at the site are as per

Approved method statement and inspection test plan.

Carry out the role of Radiation Safety Officer.

Set up and maintain Quality documents archive.

Requirements

Education :   Engineering graduate (B-Tech, BEng or BS). Diploma candidates with additional three years experience will also be considered.

Experience :  6 years or more experience in engineering QA/QC work in petrochemical/oil and gasor power generation industry. At least 3 years in similar role in GCC countries.

Experience in Maintenance / shutdowns /turnarounds.

Experience in using SAP and other CMMS systems preferred. The candidate must haveexpert level knowledge in Microsoft Excel and professional knowledge of rest of the Microsoft Office packages. Must be fluent in written and oral business English.

Specific Skills :

English language read, write and speaking to IELTS level 4 or equivalent.

Able to work with computers, word, excel, and windows.

Knowledgeable on different pipe, gaskets and bolting materials.

Knowledgeable on the different welding techniques and their quality

requirements. Be a qualified Welding Inspector.

Able to qualify WPSs and Welders.

Sound working knowledge of the various NDE techniques. Be qualified to

interpret radiographs.

Experienced in ISO 9001: 2000 including auditing.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Demonstrable leadership, decision making and analytical thinking skills.

Job Description

Principal Responsibilities:

Manage schedule of routing vibration monitoring tasks of all rotating equipment and  ensure timely execution.

Carryout vibration analysis and enter data into the condition monitoring reporting system.

Collect and update on/off line vibration measurement in system

Measure and calculate axial displacement and configure vibration tools accordingly

Review and analysis lube oil result

Perform NDT level 1

Execute boroscope inspection and Thermo graphic Survey

Hook-up the ADRE equipment to the On-line System and collect the data as and when required.

Balancing of Rotors In-situ/Static.

Execute and review and accept alignment, run out, dimensional, clearance, visual inspection, levelling and flatness check.

Acquire PTW certificate and carry out all the responsibilities of PTW Holder.

Work extended hours and respond to call out duties as and when required

Requirements

Qualification: HND or Diploma in relative discipline or its equivalent. Alternatively, a trade test

witnessed by COMPANY discipline Engineer.

Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in condition monitoring maintenance work in the

petrochemical/oil and gas or power generating industry.

Job Skills:

English Language read, write and speaking to IELTS level 3.

Able to work with computers, word, excel, and windows.

Comply with all requirements for condition monitoring.

Hands on experience in daily recording and collection of vibration readings of rotating equipment using hand held instrument (Portable Data collector) as well as permanent instrument mounted on equipment.

Robust experience with uploading/downloading data from/to server and portable data collector

Level 1 experience in vibration analysis.

Familiar to Fits and Tolerance, vibration and balancing standards.

Personality Good interpersonal communication skill, problem solving skill, time management skill,

analytical and logic thinking skills.

Job Description

Assessment of Health Status of client problems and providing first aid and escorting patient to hospital, maintaining vitals while transferring patient Collaborate with physician, implement orders in managing patients and day to day clinic activity. Maintain accurate complete health care records, reports and anonymized health data

• Conduct baseline and other health assessment, occupational health screening such as fitness for work assessments and health surveillance to set protocols.

• Conduct venipuncture, ECGs, audiometry, spirometry and visual acuity testing and analyses results and act upon them, advising client.

• Apply dressings, remove sutures, syringe wax from ear canals.

• Conduct travel health immunizations services to set protocols.

• Work with the team leader to determine clinical protocols.

• Compile and maintain secure, accurate individual health records that comply with company and legal requirements.

• Produce management information and anonymised health data.

• Maintain stock, ordering, invoicing and maintenance and calibration of equipment.

• Continue to develop clinical nurse competence using current evidence based practices.

• Research and provide relevant health promotion programmes that are relevant to the needs and special circumstances of the business and client base.

• And any other responsibilities given by the Line Manager

Requirements

• Education: Graduate with 2 years Diploma in General Nursing

• Experience: Registered with Oman Ministry of Health with at least 2 years post basic training experience in general nursing and post                 basic education and training.Works within protocols maintaining competent and safe practice. First Aid CPR–BLS and ACLS certified.            • Language ability: Fluent in written and spoken English

• PDO/Oxy Experience: Preferred in similar position.

• HSE training courses: HSE Induction, H2S awareness

• Special skills: Driving  - preferred, Computer literate – mandatory

Job Description

Apply the approved standards, procedures and schedules to ensure the reliability and integrity of the plant equipment and systems in the allocated area.

Implement the developed scheduled maintenance on relevant equipment and ensure all work history and data is entered into the CMMS system.

Generate all testing protocols, certificates and other documentations in line with established standards and ensure that these are linked to the respective equipment within the CMMS.

Ensure the application of approved standards, procedures and schedules for reliability and integrity of the Plant in line with company guidelines

Perform a proper slinging and lifting with chain-blocks.

Remove and assist in re-installing pumps, motors and filters.

Replace V-belts, check belt condition and execute belt tensioning and belt alignment.

Open manholes on vessels and columns and remove internals.

Check and recharge seal oil pressure

inspect coupling and measure DBSE and correct accordingly

Carry out greasing work. Clean the grease nipple, apply grease to the nipple as per the requirement using the grease gun.

Replace lubrication oils for the pumps and other machines.

Place and remove spades and to open and close pipe flanges, recognise the gasket types and types of bolts

Clean the work area

Operate the overhead cranes and forklift.

Acquire PTW certificate and carry out the responsibilities of PTW Holder.

Work extended hours and respond to call out duties as and when required.

Requirements

Qualification HND or Diploma in relative discipline or its equivalent. Alternatively, a trade test witnessed by COMPANY discipline Engineer.

Experience More than 5 years’ experience in maintenance of Gas turbine and Auxiliaries like pumps & gear box  in the petrochemical/oil and gas or power generation industry.

Job Skills :               

                        a. English language read, write and speaking to IELTS level 3 or equivalent

                        b. Able to place and remove spades and to open and close pipe flanges, recognise the gasket types and types of bolts.

                        c. Trained and able to tighten bolts with a manual torque wrench.

                        d. Able to perform an alignment with reverse dial gauge method under supervision.

                        e. Able to execute Hydrotest on piping and static equipment.

Job Description

Checks completion of jobs and ensure safety of subordinates.

Assesses performance of subordinates.

Requirements

Education: Diploma, B.Tech or BE Mechanical Engineering

Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience (with Diplomat +6 years) in onshore oil and gas construction. Minimum 3 year experience gained in the Middle East. 5 year in similar position. Must have experience with compressors, pumps, vessels, flow lines, Wellhead hook-ups and above ground pipelines work involving various materials (CS,SS, Duplex SS experience an advantage)

Language ability: Fluent in written and spoken English Understanding of spoken Arabic is preferred.

Special Skills:  Robust knowledge and understanding of various process equipment Experienced in and be fully aware of the different pipes, gaskets, bolting and welding materials.

Experienced in construction/maintenance of pipeline, flowlines, plant at site and workshop level.

Strong leadership skills to drive efficiency and productivity amongst workforce.

Driving  - preferred
