Job Description

Principal Responsibilities:

Carry out routine and non-routine maintenance and IPF testing on all types of  instrument loops and equipment.

Interpret Work Orders, carry out fault finding and repair of instrument control loops without permanent supervision including electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.

Remove and re-install all field instruments and be able to organise and carry out loop testing.

Undertake pre-commissioning and functional testing on new installations.

Ensure that all WORK history with necessary details and data is entered into the CMMS system on completion of maintenance activities, 

Acquire PTW certificate and carry out all the responsibilities of PTW Holder.

Work extended hours and respond to call out duties as and when required


Requirements

Qualification: HND or Diploma in relative discipline or its equivalent. Alternatively, a trade test

witnessed by COMPANY discipline Engineer.

Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in the oil and gas or power generation industries with a

minimum of 4 years in an Instrument Maintenance Technician position.

Job Skills:

English Language read, write and speaking to IELTS level 3.

Able to work with computers, word, excel, and windows and good understanding of CMMS.

Meet all the requirements for Instrument Technician as stated under S/N 20 below.

Can read and understand drawings and functional logic diagrams, cause and effect matrices and control and IPF narratives.

Able to use all test equipment as required to carry out maintenance and fault finding work.

Use required test instruments like multimeter/simulators/communicator/dead weight to carry out maintenance activities

Personality Good interpersonal communication skill, problem solving skills and time management

skills.

About the Role:

Purpose: This role is responsible for developing and maintaining the product portfolio to drive the P&L of mobile Entry Value segment customers (pre- and postpaid) through the definition of value propositions, go-to-market activities and management of the customer base.


 Responsibilities:

 Support achievement of the segment revenue and profitability by proactively managing and fulfilling segment targets (Revenue, APRU, Gross and Net adds, Base, etc) and KPIs according to yearly budget and quarterly/rolling forecast. 

• Identify, develop and implement necessary plans and corrective actions accordingly

 • Implement Entry Value Segment mobile commercial strategy covering for pre- and postpaid and mobile and data sim service for B2C customers in accordance to company strategy.

 • Develop a value based “more for more” driven proposition strategy by integrating mobile (prepaid and postpaid) and content/OTT/Gaming/VAS and other services.

 • Liaise and align with Product Development and Digital Team for partner management, contracts, integration, etc. 

• Monitor and track market development, gain customer and competitor insight by utilizing market research and analytics 

• Plan, manage and execute market communication plans (quarterly/yearly) cross segment wise in coordination with Brand and Coms, and sales channels.

 • Liaise with marcoms team to execute the communication strategy and key messages based on the value propositions 

• Ensure mobilization of frontline (Direct Sales, Indirect Sales, telesales and Customer Care) as integrated part of campaign kick-off’s. 

• Work closely with Go-to-Market Manager to ensure quality in launches

 • Work closely with Product Development Team, to ensure timely delivery of product launches of high quality. 

• Facilitates the adoption of digital transformation initiatives and customer journeys in coordination with Digital team 

• Manage NPS through quality product launches and continued improvement of existing customer journeys, process and products. 

• Monitor on a regular basis reports from Internal Audit and Quality Management to ensure compliance throughout the division with minimal deviations.

 • Ensure process and workflows managed effectively and regularly reviewed, in order to constantly improve levels of service delivery to customers.


 


 


About You:

8 years' experience in a similar role.


Work experience in Marketing, Product Management, Customer Value Management/Usage and Retention.

Significant experience from managing mobile Entry Value Segment (pre and postpaid) and track record of driving cross/upsell within and between segments

Experience in product lifecycle management

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or Engineering

 Ensure Contracts check and handover to ACQC. Manage workload and KPI performance of Save Team

Support Save Team unit in its operations; Ensure that all targets are monitored and met

Enforce standard operating procedures

Ensure work is allocated appropriately within the save team to account for workload and skill levels on a daily basis 

Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.

Qualifications:
