The Role / Opportunity

The core purpose of Project Manager - SAP HR Systems is to help the company utilize SuccessFactors (SF) business solutions and improve HR recruiting practices, human resource management systems and develop new applications/add-ons that enable the organization to enhance HR functions.

 Some activities include but not limited to:

Facilitating process walk throughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality

Acting in a business facing role to determine requirements

Identifying how the SAP solution can be best utilized to meet business requirements

Providing support to the interface workstream to understand business scenarios and integration between the solution and other applications

Supporting configuration, testing, training and change management workstreams

 

 Candidates must have the following to be shortlisted:

+3 years of experience in designing and/or implementing SuccessFactors modules with a total experience of 5 – 7 years in HR systems

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ideally, a Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent

Certified in one or more SuccessFactors modules

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
