Job Purpose


To plan, manage and lead the showroom sales to achieve sales target and to ensure smooth, efficient and effective functioning of showroom.


Roles & Responsibilities 


Plan and execute such strategies as to ensure that the budgeted target for showroom is achieved or exceeded in volume and profit term

Communicate sales plan and targets to the sales team to achieve targets successfully.

Monitor sales process (aspects such as initial customer contact and reception, clarification of need, identification of prospect, follow-up on initial contact, final closure of sale and quality of sales documentation) to ensure quality in the entire process.

Deal with critical problems, major customer complaints or issues that may be escalated and ensure prompt action or decisions for timely resolution.

Prepare stock requirement list for the month specifying make, model and number of vehicles for the approval of the General Manager.

Interact regularly with the existing and prospective customers to establish profitable relationships and determine their present and future requirements.

Maximise usage of demo‘s and monitor demo to sale ratio

Manage all aspects of the showroom to ensure high standards in the display, housekeeping and product information to convey the desired image of the brand and the Company.

Monitor PDI process and ensure highest level of customer satisfaction

Monitor showroom control KPIs (test drive ratio, closing ratio) and drive maximum achievement by all Sales Advisors

Ensure proper Lead Management as per Al Tayer Motors’ and brand principles guidelines and KPIs

Guide and motivate subordinates to enhance performance and produce quality work, and ensure that they are continuously developed for higher level roles

 


Key Selection Criteria


Minimum 7 years’ experience in Automotive sales with atleast 3 years in managerial role such as Showroom Manager/Assistant Showroom Manager or equivalent

Should have good knowledge and exposure of Automotive market in UAE

Graduate in any discipline

Good knowledge of Automobile sales gained through formal training and work experience

Dynamic and proactive personality

Excellent communication skills

Ability to lead, develop and motivate teams

Job Purpose


To implement, maintain, and manage a proactive security, health, and safety programs in order to ensure that ATM facilities are adequately protected against physical se2curity and safety threats and risks related to people, premises, and assets.


Roles and Responsibilities


Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management programs, processes, practices, guidelines and emergency preparedness, disaster response and business continuity plans that are aligned to and based upon international best practice, in coordination with the various department heads so as to mitigate health, safety and environment risks relative to the various industry segments that the company operates within

Ensure pre-defined safety standards are followed in office building in relation to ergonomics, fire safety, emergency safety, healthy living promotions and communications, environment health, gas leaks, electricity, etc.

Implement ATG HSE framework and methodology that ensures a regular review of the status and efficacy of occupational health and safety programs and practices relevant to all ATM sites, in order to ensure that gaps, legal non-compliance and HSE threats and risks are identified, mitigation and remedial actions are promptly communicated to and implemented by concerned departments

Ensure incidents relating to security and HSE management are promptly reported, escalated, investigated and resolved as dictated by policies and procedures defined by ATG Asset Protection and Risk Management.

Liaise with HR for security related trainings and IMS related trainings, and ensure the security team training plans are maintained and up to date for all security staff

Manage HSE training through HR and/or third party vendor, and facilitate approved in site training sessions for all site based employees to improve their effectiveness

Ensure incidents related to breaches of security as well as health, safety, and environment, are investigated in a timely manner

Conduct regular security and HSE reviews, and ensure that the physical security processes, procedures, and systems that are in place comply with ATM policy and standards

Supervise third party security providers deployed across ATM and liaise with ATG Asset Protection in case of recommendations for improvement and/or non-compliance with contractual terms and conditions

Manage projects related to the environment such as recycling, energy saving, etc.

Ensure proper controls are implemented for security systems (i.e. CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and traffic control systems) and that these are effectively utilized and maintained at all times

Work on proper compliance to standards in order to maintain ISO certification

Provide leadership and direction to subordinates towards the achievement of goals and objectives

Guide, motivate, and evaluate subordinates on their performance, productivity and progress, while identifying training needs of team members to improve efficiency and ensure conformity with standard procedures and practices

Ensure that team members acquire the required skills and knowledge through appropriate training programs including product/brand related training, while identifying the appropriate gaps and training costs/benefits to ensure budgetary parameters are met

Ensure potential successors are identified, developed, and trained for succession planning purposes

 


Qualifications & experience


Bachelor’s Degree within any discipline

Certificate in loss prevention, security management and health and safety

Certificate in ISO Auditor/ Implementer for any of the following: ISO 9001, 14001, 28001, or ISO 22301

Minimum five to eight years of experience in a large commercial establishment, within the field of HSE and Security management

Previous relevant work experience in implementation of ISO Standards

Required to commute across regions within the UAE

Obtain information from the Government Offices for new branch openings, and arrange all the documentation and approvals for establishment of new branches

Build effective relationships and networks with the Government authorities to ensure speedy processing of formalities.
