A typical week would include:

Assist in the initial preparation and updates of all project plans and procedures where required.

Provide onsite support and assistance and works closely with the project teams.

Prepare and update quality statistical tracking and trending data

Advise the projects on suitable quality objectives, KPIs and targets in line with WSP quality requirements.

Assist in the preparation of the quality audit schedule and inspection program in their area of responsibility used to assure compliance and identify any gaps and/or improvements. Reports the finding with recommendation for correction, prevention, and improvement to the management, as necessary.

Provide training at source on the measures to be taken in the interest of quality assurance including review of method statements, materials, and general reviews to ensure appropriate processes are implemented and delivered.

Bachelor Degree in an Engineering and/or Construction related discipline.

3-6 years proven track record and experience on projects in a QAQC role at appropriate level.

Qualified Auditor in ISO 9001 (2008 is acceptable, we will upgrade to 2015 through training).

A typical week would include:

 

Lead the delivery of WSP Digital ‘Way of Working’ on Building Structures projects and ensure the high quality of the BIM teams deliverables in both 2D and 3D formats.

Initiate and set up BIM execution plans with external clients and Architectural design teams.

Day to day liaison with the ME & CRC team and in planning resources as well as driving automation to improve project delivery efficiency and to ensure high quality output at all times Train / Mentor BIM and design staff on correct use of BIM Software and BIM process (ME & CRC) including regular in person visits to the CRC offices as required.

Define Building Structures requirements and Strategies for Digital Engineering (including BIM) and collaborate with our Global digital experts in other regions to ensure best practice is maintained in the Middle East.

Lead technical meetings regarding Digitalization, Automation and BIM

Candidates having experience in selling batteries within the local UAE market would definitely have good chances in landing on this job. You should have a valid UAE driving license and Arabic speaker is an advantage!

Job Purpose: 

Responsible to provide basic administrative and practical functional support to the nursing team.

Job Description: 

Support qualified practitioners, as directed in clinic preparation

Maintains nursing supplies by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies;

Cleaning equipment and instruments as needed and directed by the medical team.

Documenting daily checklists and recording room temperatures as required

Ensures basic room and equipment needs within the clinic are met

Maintains continuity among nursing teams by communicating and logging files, follow up reports and internal administrative requirements.

Provides basic assistance to the patients, providing directions, chaperone, escorting them to rooms/reception assisting them in mobility, ensuring safety, privacy and dignity at all times.

Be aware of safe guarding policies, both local and national, and report should it become necessary.

Respond to any emergency situations and immediately escalate to medical team, employing techniques in line with scope of practice and associated training as directed and in accordance with Al-Futtaim Health protocols and guidance. 

 

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

Diploma (preferably in Nursing or healthcare field)

Fluency in English (speak, read and write).

Arabic speaking skills will be an added advantage.

Good Computer Literacy skills

 

Minimum Experience:

Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
