ABOUT THE ROLE

Fuel Procurement Executive is responsible to obtain, maintain, and make available updated data and information related to fuel business and perform spot fuel purchasing for ADHOC flights.

Update existing vendors’ Prices, Taxes, Fees, NOTAMS, Exchange Rates, Conversion Factors, Contact Details on the system on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis (Regular Updates, ADHOC Inquiries, Failed Quotes) (Procurement Data Entry).

Ensure vendors data (contact names, numbers, and emails) are up to date on the system (Supplier Master File Administration).

Communicate with Jetex vendors to obtain updated fuel related prices and information (Sourcing).

Provide assistance and support to Jetex Internal Customers (Fuel Dispatch, Accounts, Fuel Sales, CR) regarding invoicing discrepancies, pricing inquiries, etc.

Other tasks in line with job scope as instructed by Procurement Manager – Fuel / Director – Fuel.

 

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

 

Bachelor’s degree with technical qualification from an accredited college.

EXPERIENCE

 

1 – 2 years’ experience in Aviation Fuel/ Flight Operations experience

1 – 2 years’ experience in a procurement function

SPECIFIC / TECHNICAL SKILLS

 

Fluent in English (oral and written)

Bilingual (Spanish speaker preferably)

Proficient in computer skills (word, excel, power point etc.)

Passionate about delivering excellence, detailed, customer focused and results oriented.

Ground Safety Officer will serve as principal advisor to the Ground Safety Manager and Program Manager on all ground safety matters. 7.The tracking and reporting of safety deficiencies, inspection, incidents, violations and corrective action.

8.The practices and promotion of safety awareness.

9.The establishment of safety training to promote hazard awareness and the safety integrate in unit activities10. Collect, analyze and communicating actionable information to assist Commanders in preserving/protecting military combat resources.

11. Collaborate with customer safety & standardization on regular basis and convey ground safety incident reports once occurred.

12.Establish and promote a Just Safety Culture for the program

6. Evaluates the technical training program on host nation personnel.

7. Serves as the focal point for all parts, tools, shop stock and supply requisitions.

8. Maintains accountability for all tools and equipment assigned to the shop.

9. Keeps a current technical library in accordance with shop mission and equipment.

10. Responsible for all safety matters of personnel and equipment assigned to the Avionic/Electrical Workshop.

11. Responsible for oversight, guidance and counseling of all personnel assigned to them.

12. Responsible for enhancement Shop's capabilities.

 -High School Must have a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) license or equivalent.
