A WELL REPUTED ENGINEERING & CONTRACTING COMPANY HAVING ITS HEAD OFFICE IN DUBAI, IS LOOKING FOR MECHANICAL ENGINEERING - HVAC & DESIGN.

Job Role & Qualifications, as under:-

• Studying the Design drawings & Specifications and preparing the RFI’s to consultant for clarification

• Quantity take off of each item required in the project and proceeding with enquiry & price comparison

• Preparing the material submittals & shop drawing submittal including coordination drawing for consultant approval

• Prepare all detailed engineering calculations such as ESP for fans, Pump head loss calculation, heat load calculation etc.

• Raising purchase request for the materials required in project.

• Raising the material and work inspection to consultant.

• Attending progress meeting with consultant and main contractor.

• Review project schedule and forecast man power and material requirements

• Identifying and preparing the variation of works not included in the contract and onward submission to main contractor for approval.

• Plan the material delivery schedule so as not to affect the project schedule

• Forecasting and managing the labor resource effectively

• Report to the management on the project progress and profitability of the project

• Checking and forwarding the third party testing & commissioning format to consultant.

• Preparing and submitting the Operation and Maintenance manual.

• Well experienced in MEP works for Irrigation and Firefighting Pumping Station, Power Substations etc.

Minimum Candidate Requirement:
