The Company:

A leading UAE based financial products trading institution.

The Role:

The CCO is responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of a compliance program sufficiently robust to address the needs of an international CCP’s complex global technology-centric business. The CCO in a role critical to managing compliance and reputation risks – works closely with the Board of directors and senior management team.

Qualifications

Post graduate or doctorate in Finance Economics or Business Management from reputed school

Internationally recognized compliance certification

Experience

Minimum 15 years work experience gained in compliance function for a regulated financial business e.g. Banks Exchanges and Global CCP and/or working in a supervisory capacity for a financial regulatory authority globally e.g. SCA DFSA BIS IOSCO FCA CFTC MAS etc.

Ideally relevance of experience as Head of Compliance functions in the international capital and derivatives markets and/or as CCP compliance.

ideally experience gained in the financial and derivatives broking or Prime clearing industry.

Knowledge

Excellent understanding of the company’s business the stakes involved and developments in the market in order to align the compliance with the business.

Proven ability to assess the potential risks the business may face in order to anticipate them and secure the business.

Excellent understanding and strong knowledge of local and international laws.

Sound knowledge of risk based management internal controls and compliance practices procedures and principles

Job Summary:

Assisting the physician in Bronchoscopy and PFT.

Maintain all documents of MSDS , HAZMAT in coordination with FMS Team

To follow appropriate international guidelines, DHA regulations & Joint Commission International norms while treating or managing patients as well as while discharging their professional duties.   

 

Qualifications

 

Qualification, Licensure, Education, Experience, Special Skills:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing/Diploma in Nursing. 

Current licensure in country of origin and with DHA license to practice Dubai, UAE.

Minimum 2 years nursing experience after qualification.

BLS provider.  

Good English spoken & written, Arabic language advantageous/desirable, but not essential.

Prepare and autoclave materials for dressing/nursing care and ensure availability and safety

Carry out preventive maintenance and routine inspections of equipment

Ensure timely reporting of damage and initiate repair or replacement.

Guide and supervise the activities of  Assistant nurses and other team members

Act as clinical resource in nursing activities and techniques

Integrate new knowledge and practices in delivery of healthcare.

Ensure cleanliness of the unit and supervise ancillary staff as required.

 Coordinate nursing services with services of other disciplines.

Anticipate, recognize and manage emergency and unsafe situations and initiate appropriate and timely interventions

Provide professional leadership, and assist and support staff in developing and maintaining competency

Ensure that infection control and waste management protocols are followed during clinic activities.

Participate in the orientation of new staff

Identify learning needs/educational needs of self and other staff

Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Enhance own professional growth by updating theoretical knowledge and practical skill through self-learning and participating in training programs.

Be compliant with licensing requirements.

Initiate and participate in quality assurance and other research initiatives.
