Job Description:

The Senior Field Service Engineer provides post sale technical support for the UAE Armed Forces Communications Equipment.

Responsibilities:

Interfacing directly with customer by providing technical feedback, ad-hoc demonstrations of new equipment and firmware capabilities.

Supervising technical performance of Level III workshop technicians to include the generation of technical reports.

Conducting ongoing training and critique of workshop staff in programming, installation, troubleshooting and repair of all Falcon II and Falcon III products.

Assist J6 and workshop manager with technical project management as required.

Liaise with Rochester personnel to discuss customer-based requirements, generate and validate firmware for release to customer.

Create presentations and technical drawings as directed by customer or L3Harris staff.

Support sales though opportunity lifecycle and participate in evening meetings and reviews as required.

Assist L3Harris Sales, Programs, Systems & TCS staff with, demonstrations, trials, site acceptances, and Factory Acceptance Testing as required by L3Harris and customer.

Basic Qualifications:
