Position: UAE: Leading International Construction Practice UK/AUS/NZ Qualified Associates (2+ PQE)

This firm possesses one of the leading international construction practices in the Middle East.

The team is well-established in the UAE market and there is a need to recruit into its flagship Dubai office. The partners are interested in candidates from within the local market, as well as lawyers from the UK and Australia/New Zealand who may be looking to relocate to the UAE. The firm advises on the complete range of front-end construction matters and is noted as a leader in the field among regional and international developers, offering associates in the team high-quality work and the best experience that you can gain as a construction lawyer in the Middle East.

Applications are welcome from mid-level construction associates with around 2-5 PQE, and it is important to demonstrate a range of non-contentious construction experience. Candidates from the UK or Australian markets will ideally have gained prior experience of working in the region (although this is not required), and will need to be committed to a long-term move to the UAE.

The Visa and Immigration Consultant must oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.

The Visa and Immigration Consultant must interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.
