We are looking to recruit an Internal audit manager for Oil & Gas client based in Riyadh. The internal audit manager will be responsible to plan, direct and monitor the internal audit activities of the company.

Role:

Recommend improvements to the Controls & Governance of the organisation’s financial, operational and managerial processes and IT systems

Prepare process mapping, conduct risk assessment, and develop an audit program

Perform audit fieldwork, prepare audit reports and conduct discussions with the process owners as per the recommended IIA standards

Document Audit working paper and other records both electronic or hardcopies gathered during the course of audit against laid down criteria and standard audit procedures

Performs any other special assignments given by the Director and Audit Committee

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Accountant or Finance 　/ Preferable SOCPA or CIA Certified

Good knowledge of Operational Audit & Financial Audit is a must

8 years’ of experience in Internal Audit 　

Excellent supervisory, leadership, planning, decision making and scheduling skills.

· Coordinating and facilitating the development and implementation of the formal risk management framework;

Treasury Manager- Kuwait

Summary of Role:

The client is particularly interested in a candidate who has worked as a Senior Finance Manager, including Treasury Function within Upstream Oil and Gas sector and has negotiated with Financial Institutions / Loan Syndicates through to completion, of Recourse and Non-Recourse finance for the company’s Capital Investment Projects and/or for funding Company or Asset Acquisitions. Advising on suitable debt structuring for the Company’s funding requirements including input from taxation and legal functions is also important.

Position would suit a Finance Manager with recent oil and gas experience who has worked in Treasury.

To monitor Company funds in the most efficient manner, producing and reporting on Company cash flows projections.

Responsible for the company’s treasury operations and provides advice on international financing issues related to acquisitions, new ventures and divestiture

Advise on cash movements and supervise the setup of IT to enabled cash flow projections for the company.

Participate in all negotiations with Financial Institutions for finalising Company’s funding requirements are met / completed in co-ordination with Commercial Manager

Advising /Liaising with Parent Company Treasury function on all funding requirements.

Undertake Due Diligence and Risk Reviews of Company acquisitions or investments.

Reporting on compliance with Company Procedures and International Financial Reporting Standards.

Mentoring / Training of National staff;

Assist with other Finance assignments which may occur from time to time.

Required Qualifications and Experience

University Degree (BA, BSc, M.A, MSc) (Mandatory for Residency Visa Issuance requirements)

Accountancy Professional Accreditations (advantageous)

Minimum 15 years Finance / Treasury experience out of which at least 10 years spent

at senior level in Upstream Operations of Oil & Gas Sector.

Treasury Risk Management

Proven experience of negotiating Bank Loans / Structured Finance.

International project experience – would be an asset but not essential

Languages: Fluent written and spoken English (Mandatory)

As a Treasury Manager you will have as primary functions: 

Oversee the function of Eaton’s Dubai Treasury Center its associated transactions.

Coordinate key Treasury aspects of operational projects globally

Interface with other functions such as Tax, Legal, Accounting

Your Key Responsibilities: 

Manage Treasury aspects of key strategic operational plans such as legal entity creation/elimination, legal entity sale or realignment, capitalizations/dividends, IP centralizations, etc.

Coordinate with Cash & Liquidity team to review, schedule and execute key actions and manages messages to other involved stakeholders such as Tax, Legal, etc. for project support.

Support the digital transformation of Eaton’s Treasury team by using Quantum (TMS) to develop workflows, forecasts, execute payments, generate reports, etc.

Support Eaton’s intercompany lending strategy including documentation of intercompany loans

Develop KPI about activities executed to benchmark and improve performance

Assist with internal and external audit requirements, including SOX compliance and statutory reporting.

Generate management reporting and provide commentary and analysis for senior management

Provide back up to Eaton’s daily cash positioning process when necessary

Work with the Treasury Systems team to develop visual dashboards demonstrating key statistics and performance.

Are you? 

Qualifications:

10+ years’ work experience in Finance/Accounting related field;

experience in treasury/cash management, consulting or project management preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax or related field

Fluent in English (written and oral)

Excellent communicator using virtual tools

Proficiency in Microsoft office products; experience with Quantum system a plus
