RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with technical experts and senior developers to get in-depth understanding of technical and functional aspects of each design

Build and configure automation processes based on technical design documents

Use effective, well-structured, and maintainable core workflow principles to develop new processes/tasks objects

Help implement design and coding standards, policies, and procedures

On-time and comprehensive documentation of the processes, methodologies, and technologies adopted

Conduct unit testing to ensure the quality of coded components

Ensure quality and portability of automation solutions

Enforce process controls on testing methodologies

Work closely with testing teams during Product test and UAT phase, fix bugs without delay

Reports status, issues and risks on a regular basis

Improve automation skills and get certified soon

SKILLS

Strong conceptual knowledge artificial intelligence, natural language processing, cognitive computing, machine learning, pattern matching, and advanced analytics

Prove experience in object oriented analysis and design, layered application development, domain driven design, and N-Tier architectures

Hands-on experience in Web Technologies, Microsoft Technologies, Windows, and UNIX

Hands-on experience or strong understanding of TPAM or other password vault solutions Hands-on experience or in-depth understanding of SSO, Active Directory, RACF, SAML and other authentication solutions is preferred.

3+ years of experience in handling multi track technology project deliveries with emphasis on design, implementation, and project management

Design and implementation knowledge about process-automation

Strong conceptual knowledge of RPA tools like BluePrism, OpenSpan, Automation Anywhere, and/or WorkFusion

Hands on experience in Microsoft .NET technologies and expertise in .NET framework

Hands-on experience in process planning, including prioritizing book of work against availability and capacity of each team

Strong knowledge and proven experience in project management methodologies such as Agile and Hybrid

Knowledge of PM processes, working knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint

Experience in implementing RPA solutions

Experience in VB scripting and C#

Experience in non-Robotic automation technologies such as BPM and OCR / Extraction engines

Role Purpose

To facilitate the effective learning of English both inside and outside the classroom, in order to enable students and customers to function more effectively in the language and to increase their understanding of the contemporary UK

Main accountabilities

Teaching: To plan, prepare and deliver 18 hours (Part time contract) of English language classes and materials and to take account of individual learning styles and provide an environment conducive to learning. Substitute for sick teachers as required and as per local British Council Bahrain arrangements. For Hourly paid work, we expect commitment of up to 15 hours per week for whole 12 week terms.

Feedback: To assess students’ competence/monitor student progress and give feedback to students/parents/sponsors on student performance to allow student and teacher to take action and to encourage student autonomy

Pedagogy: To keep updated professionally to ensure high standards are maintained so that the British Council remains at the forefront of best ELT practice
