Job Requirements (Experience and education)


Degree in IT or a field with technical focus

Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience in a senior IT Infrastructure function

MCSE, CCNA, PMP certifications would be an advantage

Excellent command in English language

Hands-on experience running mission-critical IT operations.

Able to critically think to solve complex problems with no established precedence while balancing risk, speed, accuracy, and embracing pace over perfection.

Exhibit excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines as well as the ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment and meet overall objectives.

Job Summary:

Carry out Interwell operations in the field (onshore and offshore).

Tool Specialists have full management support to take time out for quality and stop any unsafe operations.


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Responsible for Flawless Field Service Quality delivery throughout entire job execution;

Responsible and accountable to ensure Journey Management issued for the relevant job(s) and responsible for reporting to base/ JM supervisor or ops Supervisor according to procedures IFS Doc No 1080506 (or later latest revision)

Responsible to meet with Company Rep on site, confirm all tools ready as per WO/DRSS/PO provided by Client;

Responsible to review and discuss relevant contingencies for the job to be performed with Company Rep;

Responsible to review overall wellbore hydraulics for planned well operations;

Responsible to complete Field Doc Package with all relevant tool and wellbore data and information for each job including Company Rep signatures;

Responsible to document all operational events at wellsite including HSE events, and risk analysis, onsite safety meetings, PPE use, H2S etc;

Conduct the job using only approved and relevant procedures and guidelines;

Communicate daily as a minimum with Operations Supervisors regarding ongoing operations; 

Responsible for vehicle check list prior departing from workshop to field incl. rescue kit, SAT phones for all rigless sites as a minimum;

Responsible for completing Run Record and tool specialist IFS tasks after each job;

Raise NCRs as required for continues improvement;

Performing other duties as required, and travel to other Interwell location may be required;

Responsible to keep field truck/pick-up clean and tidy including full fuel tank upon return to base;

Field TSs shall resume duty at workshop from 08:00 unless mobilized to field during on-schedule.

Minimum Requirements:

Slick-line/ E-Line/ Coil Tubing / Completion Experience incl. profound hydraulic understanding;

Good command of MS Word, Excel, etc;

Written and verbal English;

Flexible for short notice travels during the off-schedule depending on activity level;

Ability to work under minimal supervision and problem-solving;
