We are seeking an organized, results-driven Business Development Representative to support business growth across the UAE. This role requires a strong sales professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain structured sales processes from lead generation through to delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong sales capabilities with excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills.
This role is remote with optional days in office in the ADGM.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM (HubSpot)
Help to organize private investor events, such as lunches and roundtables
Responsible for post sales admin, follow up and reporting
Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to improve sales outcomes
Act as the primary point of contact for select clients, managing ongoing accounts and sales-related projects
Act as secondary support and sales follow up for relationships managed by Head of Region.
Manage, support and grow relationships with existing clients
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE market
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
5-7 years in business development, preferably within the UAE market
Proven experience managing multiple accounts or sales projects simultaneously
Knowledge of the financial markets and digital assets industry
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Experience working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
