Junior software project manager, Dubai, UAE

We need a Junior software project manager

Responsibilities:
Planning, implementation, monitoring and control of projects

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Writing technical scopes for websites & mobile applications

Testing websites & mobile applications when needed

Managing activity and resource planning

Managing remote teams and ensure workflow is running smoothly

Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Prepare SOP’s and update them when needed.

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

Provide leadership, guidance and motivation to developers and programmers while resolving internal conflicts.

Other common tasks include allocating company resources, conducting software team meetings, troubleshooting technical issues, and facilitating the deployment of software upgrades.

Provide routine status reports to clients and management

Qualifications & Skills:
1-3 years of experience

Both business skills and technical IT knowledge are required

Attention to details

Result orientation

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Listening ability and patience, to properly engage with both customers & internal teams

Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge

Critical thinking & problem-solving skills

Great documentation skills

Basic software testing knowledge

Time management skills

Proactivity, leadership and team work
