Terms and Conditions:
- Job title: Camp Boss.
- Project: PSV/DP2 vessel.
- Location: Qatar.
- Rotation : 120/30 days on/off.
- Start date: ASAP.
- Salary: USD80 per day.
Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:
- Proven experience overseeing catering and accommodation operations on offshore vessels.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on hygiene, safety, and service quality.
- Capable of planning menus, controlling stock, and coordinating supply deliveries in remote environments.
- Ability to train and supervise galley and housekeeping personnel effectively.
- Must be physically fit and able to work offshore on rotation schedules.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
Tasks:
- Supervise daily operations of kitchen, housekeeping, and laundry services.
- Plan menus and schedule meal preparation to meet crew requirements.
- Monitor inventory, stock usage, and food wastage; reorder supplies as needed.
- Ensure all food storage, preparation, and serving comply with hygiene standards.
- Assign duties to galley and cleaning staff; oversee performance and training.
- Coordinate with vessel management and supply teams for provisioning logistics.
- Maintain detailed records of inventory, costs, and operational activities.
- Support and participate in safety drills and emergency procedures.
- Inspect accommodation and kitchen areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
