Job Summary
As a Lead Administrator you will be responsible for managing and optimizing SAP Cloud ALM SAP Focused Run and SAP Solution Manager systems. You will ensure seamless integration and functionality across platforms contributing to efficient network planning and revenue management. Your expertise will drive operational excellence in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
Oversee the administration and optimization of SAP Cloud ALM to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
Manage SAP Focused Run to monitor and maintain system performance and security.
Utilize SAP Solution Manager to streamline processes and enhance system integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP systems with business objectives.
Implement best practices for system management and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members on SAP systems.
Analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in system management.
Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations.
Coordinate with stakeholders to understand and address their system requirements.
Facilitate training sessions for team members on SAP system functionalities.
Monitor system updates and patches to ensure they are applied timely and effectively.
Contribute to strategic planning for system enhancements and future upgrades.
Qualifications
Demonstrate expertise in SAP Cloud ALM SAP Focused Run and SAP Solution Manager.
Possess strong analytical skills to assess system performance and identify improvements.
Have experience in network planning and revenue management for effective system integration.
Show proficiency in flight operations to support relevant business processes.
Exhibit knowledge in products and services within travel and hospitality domains.
Display excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Maintain a proactive approach to system management and troubleshooting.
