Job Description

This role will work in conjunction with the Talent Development & Engagement (TD&E) Manager and colleagues to deliver impactful learning and engagement initiatives aligned to business needs. Your responsibility will also include:

    Interact regularly with all Farah colleagues (including park walks and special events), with specific focus on allocated stakeholder groups
    Work closely with the HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand specific department/Park requirements
    Align learning and engagement initiatives across Farah to business needs
    Deliver the full learning cycle, including needs analysis, design and delivery of blending learning solutions and evaluation
    Design online learning solutions using a variety of tools such as Articulate & VYond; launch these learning modules on platforms such as Yammer, Loop, LMS & Teams
    Deliver engagement activities throughout the year, aligned with the Experiences’ operational calendars, including the monthly WOW recognition program
    Support the business with everyday engagement activities such as recognition, length of service and birthdays, through templates, systems and consulting advice
    Deliver essential communication updates to the business through Yammer, Smile Alerts, digital signage, posters and 1/4ly forums
    Support broader HR initiatives by working closely with the rest of the HR team
    Research new and innovative learning and engagement tools and ideas, and share with the team
    Support Farah’s Emiratization programme, as required
    Support the business with internships, cross-training and multi-skilling
    Assist with document control, training data and reporting as required

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

    Diploma or Degree in any field
    3 years minimum in Learning and Development with a breadth of experience across design and delivery
    Excellent written and spoken English
    Good MS Office skills; Word, Powerpoint, Excel
    Able to design learning materials (including guides, handouts, presentations and storyboards for online learning)
    Relationship building and a team-player
    Events’ organiser
    Project & Stakeholder Management
    Communication for official announcements
    Flexible approach and adaptable style (to suit different audiences)

Desirable

    Train the Trainer Certification
    Certificate in facilitation or coaching
    Demonstrable experience within the Hospitality, Retail or Theme Park industries

The Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor will oversee the warehouses and manage the clients logistics providers. They will be responsible for managing all logistical aspects of importation of goods from various foreign suppliers; this will include importation licenses, customs clearance and related activities.
In addition, the Warehouse and Logistics Manager will be required to provide regular reporting updates to the Supply Chain Manager on inventory management, their movement, inventories and security level.

Operational Delivery

    Ensure that outputs from the white board meetings are actioned, including space, resource and equipment planning. Outstanding issues from the boards are escalated to the relevant management level
    Inform the warehouse of the delivery of goods in time, send copies of the packing list and/or PO and prepare the handling teams
    Oversee the receipt of materials into the warehouse, ensuring that items delivered to the warehouse are receipted against a PO or MRO
    Ensure that nothing is dispatched from the warehouse without an MRO
    Educate colleagues on the Returns Process and the importance of only being able to receipt returned materials against an MRO
    Monitor the quarantine area to ensure that all returns are evaluated against the Material Evaluation Process
    Update the Supply Chain Manager on any materials that require disposal as identified by the Material Evaluation Process or Asset Disposal Process on a monthly basis
    Monitor buffer stocks issued to contractors and ensure that consumption is forwarded to CBO to be actioned
    Co-ordinate the monthly stock count process, advising all stakeholders of the count dates and advising when the warehouse will be closed
    Conduct initial reconciliation after the count and investigate variances between physical stock and quantity recorded in SAP
    Keep track of all incoming shipments and follow up with suppliers or logistical services in regards to any damaged or missing items
    Work closely with Finance in regards to the payment of customs fees
    Ensure all importations are carried out in respect of Oman laws and regulations to ensure the client is protected from any potential penalties
    Ensure that recommendations related to the environment, safety and health are followed in the daily management of the warehouses and propose mitigating solutions where appropriate


Education / Business
Degree Educated to degree level in Supply Chain (Logistics), Economics or related fields

Work Experience
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in the field of logistics Knowledge of Oman regulation laws for disposal, importation and all logistics fields.

Job Description
The Maintenance Logistics Operations Center (MLOC) Lead shall be responsible to the Depot Operations Manager for maintenance and logistics internal and external support activities associated to the Qatar Patriot Depot standard operating procedure (SOP).
The MLOC provides maintenance and logistics support, coordination, and information to all Qatar based programs using the total asset visibility (TAV) system. The MLOC will coordinate all Depot maintenance and logistics internal and external activities, provide new Raytheon Technologies (RTX) employees with Depot onboard training, manage the TAV system, support the TAV users, coordinate TAV training, and support internal and external reporting requirements.
The MLOC Lead shall have a DoD Secret security clearance and a US Passport with at least one year validity. This Position is in Doha Qatar.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Leadership support activities

    Plans team work assignments based on work schedules, methods, and policies set by the MLOC manager
    Coordinates work with related work cells controlled by other supervisors
    Determines the number and types of employees needed to accomplish specific projects
    Redirects individual employees and resources to accomplish unanticipated work
    Implements corrective actions within their authority to resolve work problems
    Maintains historical record documentation for major Depot maintenance and logistics activities
