Finance Intern

The intern will join the regional Financial Planning & Analysis team in Dubai.

 

Active participation in :

- Monthly Closing

- Budget / Forecast processes

- Reporting / Performance analysis

- Invoicing Reports

- Design & implementation of new smart tools

- Improvement of internal processes

On a larger scope and depending on learning capacity, the mission can provide exposure to additional areas within Finance. We believe that this mission offers a real opportunity for the trainee to acquire competencies in the field of Financial & Planning & Analysis.

Requirements:

- Business school student – Major Corporate Finance

- Previous Internship (6 months) in Corporate Finance/Management Control would be appreciated.

- Fluent in English

- Proficient in MS Office Package - Especially MS EXCEL: Advanced level is a must - VBA is a plus.

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Team spirit and sense of initiative

We are looking for preferably an Engineering student currently in the 3rd year of studies or even completing a Masters degree, the candidate should be current based in the UAE and able to work full for 3-6 Months. (flexibale work location applies in the UAE)

Day to day activities:

    Simple Factfinding Bids preparation and also help with development of sales leads for spare parts and field service.
    Analysis of field service reports of centrifugal compressors and reciprocating compressors performed in region middle east
    To understand the maintenance frequency for each unit
    To build a maintenance profile for each unit/ customer.
    To check that all In/out spare parts for each overhaul has been included in the reports  and confirm that the consumed parts has been ordered.
    To work with the execution team in sharing/ uploading the FS reports in the platform

Requirements:

    Currently a student in the UAE
    Studying an engineering degree
    Excellent English language
    A bug team player

Position

    MARKETING OPERATIONS:
        Manages the relationship with markets for the boutiques & with the Travel Retail commercial team in charge of the brand.
