Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for infrastructure and Building projects (roads, bridges, utilities, rail, Industrial Buildings).
Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope.
Develop and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and quantity take-offs.
Perform rate analysis for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontract works.
Lead bid preparation, pricing, and submission within deadlines.
Conduct cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting for projects.
Perform value engineering to optimize cost without compromising quality.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
Conduct technical and commercial bid evaluations.
Negotiate rates and finalize cost-effective procurement strategies.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during bidding.
Prepare estimation reports, bid summaries, and management presentations.
Present cost analysis and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or any other related Field.
Minimum 8–15 years of experience in construction industry.
Min 4+ years experience as senior Estimation Engineer.
Proven experience in Infrastructure Projects.
Strong knowledge of Cost Estimation & Cost Planning, BOQ preparation & Quantity Take-off, Tendering & Bid Management, Rate Analysis.
