Job description

Maintenance Quality Governance

Develop and implement maintenance quality standards, procedures, and assurance frameworks to ensure consistency of repair outcomes across workshops.

Repair Quality Assurance

Verify that maintenance, repairs, and overhauls comply with approved technical standards, OEM guidelines, and engineering specifications.

Equipment Release Assurance

Ensure repaired equipment undergoes proper inspection and quality verification prior to release to operations or deployment to projects.

Maintenance Audit & Compliance

Conduct structured audits of workshop maintenance practices to ensure compliance with defined maintenance procedures and operational standards.

Repair Quality Monitoring

Monitor maintenance quality performance indicators including rework rates, repeat failures, and repair effectiveness.

Standardization of Maintenance Practices

Develop standardized inspection protocols, repair documentation templates, and maintenance quality procedures.

Continuous Improvement

Identify quality gaps and implement improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance performance and equipment reliability.

Stakeholder Coordination

Collaborate with Equipment Operations, R&M teams, Planning, and Workshops to improve maintenance quality governance and repair outcomes.

Reporting & Governance

Prepare maintenance quality performance reports and provide recommendations for improving equipment lifecycle performance.

Policies, Processes & Procedures

• Follow all company and departmental policies, procedures, and standards to ensure work is performed in a controlled and auditable manner.

• Comply with safety, environmental, and information security requirements while conducting quality assurance activities.

Job requirements

Degree: Bachelor

Specification: Mechanical Engineering / Automotive Engineering / Heavy Equipment Engineering

Years of Experience:

• 10+ years of relevant Equipment maintenance experience in construction
• Experience in workshop operations, equipment lifecycle management, or maintenance quality governance
