We need a Development Analyst, 

Job Description

Design and develop smart automation and digital solutions using AI and modern software technologies that support business objectives.
Review existing processes and ongoing projects to identify opportunities for automation and system improvements.
Work closely with different departments to understand operational needs and convert them into practical technical solutions.
Use agile development practices to ensure flexibility, faster delivery, and continuous improvement during the development process.
Test, implement, and evaluate new tools and emerging technologies to support innovation across the organization.
Analyze system performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Assist in maintaining documentation and technical records related to automation solutions and system updates.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
Practical knowledge of automation and development tools such as SQL, Python, and Power BI.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar automation or development-related role.
Basic understanding of process analysis, workflow automation, and system optimization.
Ability to work effectively in an agile and fast-paced working environment.
