Security Delivery Analyst, Jeddah, KSA

Role Overview

As a Security Delivery Analyst (SOC L1), you will be the first line of defense in our Security Operations Center. You will monitor, triage, and escalate security events, ensuring rapid response and documentation. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates passionate about cybersecurity and eager to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform initial investigation and triage of potential security incidents; escalate or close events as applicable.

Monitor SOC ticket queue (email/phone) for events reported by outside entities and individual users.

Review latest security alerts and take actions based on defined remediation processes.

Create incidents based on process/alerts and support incident remediation/investigation efforts.

Update documentation of Knowledge Base (“KB”) articles or runbooks.

Maintain shift logs and handover notes to ensure continuity.

Assist in phishing intake and analysis, email header review, and user communication templates.

Support data source health checks and contribute to use-case tuning to improve alert fidelity.

Qualification

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).

0–2 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT support, or related technical roles.

Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, and basic network security concepts.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work in a 24×7 shift environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with incident response processes and ticketing systems.

Exposure to banking, government, or enterprise environments.

Certifications such as Security+, CEH, or equivalent are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for retail positions.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various retail roles.

Conduct interviews and provide recommendations based on suitability.

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and define job requirements.

This role deals with critical issues in the open source stack that require software engineering for upstream bug fixes. Our engineers have to be able to work productively at any level of the stack above the kernel, in a wide range of languages, to understand and address the software issues at hand. Our group is critical to the success of our enterprise customers, partners and Ubuntu itself.

You will help with troubleshooting and driving issues to resolution with workarounds, guidance, and bug fixes to be released upstream and in Ubuntu.

This role entails

Resolving complex customer problems related to Ubuntu, Kernel, Ceph, OpenStack, or Kubernetes and other open source software

Maintaining a close working relationship with Canonical's Field, Support and product engineering teams

Participating in upstream communities

Developing bug fixes, backporting patches, and working with upstream for inclusion

Reviewing code produced by other engineers

Demonstrating good judgement in technical methods and techniques

Prioritizing work and managing your time effectively against those priorities

Participating in team discussions to improve processes, tools, and documentation

Maintaining clear, technical and concise communications

Working from home and travel internationally up to 10% of work time for team meetings, events and conferences

What we are looking for in you

Professional experience as a software engineer

Background in Computer Science, STEM or similar

Strong experience with Linux, and at least one of the following:

Ceph, OpenStack, Kubernetes or other cloud technologies

Strong development-level experience with at least one of Python, Go, C or C++ on Linux

Ability to troubleshoot with debugging tools like gdb

Familiarity with git source code repositories and branches

An exceptional academic track record

Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events

Nice-to-have skills

You love technology and working with brilliant people

You are curious, flexible, articulate, and accountable

You value soft skills and are passionate, enterprising, thoughtful, and self-motivated

Job Description

As a Senior Program Specialist at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing complex Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) programs that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will be the operational backbone for critical systems—including Security, BMS, FAS, and ICT—navigating the complete project lifecycle from pre-sales engagement to final delivery. Your leadership will be vital in ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with Honeywell’s strategic objectives and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Project Execution: Lead the overall execution of ELV projects, with a focus on mainly airport projects, following best-in-class methodologies.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day activities with all project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.

Financial Performance: Monitor monthly financial measures including revenue recognition, margins, invoicing, and cash collection to drive a positive P&L.

Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive Project Management Plans, including Scope, Execution, Quality, and Procurement plans.

Risk & Change Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation plans while managing scope changes through variation orders and contract alignment.

Sales Collaboration: Engage early with Sales and Estimation teams during bidding stages and lead the formal hand-over process.

Performance Tracking: Monitor project performance against defined KPIs and utilize Honeywell’s operating systems, such as Cora PPM, for records management and forecasting.

Health & Safety: Manage all HSE-related project activities in strict coordination with the HSE department to ensure a safe work environment.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or relevant field).

Experience: 10+ years of project management experience specifically with ELV Systems and Software Integrations.

Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in Security, BMS, and Fire Alarm Systems (FAS).

Portfolio Management: Proven ability to manage a portfolio of projects concurrently while meeting tight deadlines under pressure.

WE VALUE

Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred.

Domain Expertise: Prior experience managing large-scale projects in Airports, Smart Cities, or IoT domains.

Contractual Acumen: Knowledge of contract types and the ability to effectively communicate with legal and contract teams.

Leadership Skills: A proactive approach to problem-solving, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
