Lead Office Project Coordinator

Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

• Assist General Managers with administrative duties and proposal/project support as requested and maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships with employees, peers and clients;

• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents;

• Liaise with internal staff at all levels;

• Coordinate the sourcing of office supplies and consumables.

• Coordinate office maintenance with building administration and management

• Coordinate the housekeeping contract

• Maintain client portals

• Perform a wide range of diversified administrative functions including but not limited to answering the phone, photocopying, mail, couriers, filing and word processing;

• Demonstrate a high level of expertise in Microsoft Office and act as a resource to the office;

• Drafting, proofreading and formatting correspondence, reports, presentations, proposals and other materials as assigned;

• Leading, collaborating with, and training a growing team on site.

Qualifications:

• Saudi National with College training or equivalent experience;

• 2 to 5 years of administrative experience in a professional work environment;

• Fluent in Arabic and English;

• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including MS Office;

• Excellent leadership, coordination and planning skills;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

• Self-motivation, initiative and the ability to work effectively with all organizational levels;

• Quick learner that can equally help other team members;

• Team spirit oriented;

• Can easily prioritize tasks, adapt to change, and work very well under pressure.
