We are looking for a Warehouse Associate .

What will you do?

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for handling daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping inventory. The role ensures accurate order fulfillment, inventory management, and adherence to safety procedures to maintain an efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound & Receiving:

Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.

Label and store materials in designated warehouse locations.

Report discrepancies or damaged items to the supervisor.

Order Picking & Packing:

Pick and pack orders accurately based on packing lists or WMS instructions.

Ensure products are properly labeled, wrapped, and prepared for shipping.

Assist in loading shipments onto delivery vehicles.

Inventory Management:

Conduct cycle counts and stock verifications to maintain inventory accuracy.

Organize and restock shelves to optimize warehouse space utilization.

Report low-stock items and assist in stock replenishment.

Warehouse Maintenance & Safety:

Follow 5S principles (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to keep the workspace clean and organized.

Adhere to all warehouse safety guidelines and SOPs to prevent accidents.

Technology & Process Compliance:

Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or scanners for stock receiving, picking and cycle count.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse activities.

Which Talent do you bring?

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as Warehouse Associate or a related role within a warehouse or distribution center.

Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.

Proficiency in using inventory management systems and software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).

Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite (especially Excel) for data analysis and reporting.

Excellent communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions related to inventory levels and processes.

Familiarity with health and safety standards relevant to warehouse operations.
