About Freyssinet:
For 80 years, Freyssinet (6,300 employees – €920M in revenue), a subsidiary of the VINCI Group, has been a global leader in specialized civil engineering, providing innovative technical solutions in two key areas: construction and structural repair. Operating across five continents, Freyssinet is involved in a wide range of projects, including footbridges, bridges, civil engineering structures, nuclear power plants, industrial civil engineering, buildings, stadiums, and water reservoirs.
We are now looking for a Financial Manager (CFO) to oversee the financial operations of the Middle East region for three Business Lines within Soletanche Freyssinet: Freyssinet, Sixense, and Nuvia. This region covers 17 Business Units across 9 countries (Oman, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Jordan, etc.), with a turnover of approximately €50M.
Position Overview
Based in Dubai, you will report directly to the Director of the Zone Freyssinet Middle East and functionally to the Finance Director of the Zone.
As a strategic business partner, you will work closely with the Management Team to enhance financial processes and tools that support business growth. You will also lead and manage a Finance & Accounting team of 10 employees.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with local regulations and Group policies (audit, internal control, tax filing, fraud prevention).
Manage relationships with banks (cash & trade services).
Provide business performance analysis to support management decision-making.
Lead monthly & quarterly closings, as well as budgeting & forecasting processes, including presentations to Head Office.
Oversee contracts, payment terms, bond guarantees, joint ventures, and cash collection.
Implement new financial tools (Salesforce, Power Queries, Power BI, Pilot XS).
Degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in finance and accounting management, ideally within the construction industry.
Very good level in Excel, ERP software and experience in PowerQuery and PowerBI
Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and interface at various organizational levels.
Strong analytical, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
Fluency in English and Arabic is required; knowledge of French is a plus.
Contract & Location Local employment contract based in Dubai.
