Assistant Manager - RBWM Governance, Emirates Islamic, Dubai, UAE

Job Description

Job Responsibility:

Assistant Manager- RBWM Governance is responsible for the following activities:

    To provide support to the Senior Manager- Governance EI to ensure researching, recommending, and implementing process improvements as warranted along with driving existing implementations.
    Provide support to summarize and formulate viable recommendations for the improvement of business operations, efficiencies, and internal controls.
    Works closely with several support functions to ensure Service Level Agreements are in place and measure performance through MIS reports. Prepare and present performance and review plans on a timely manner to track project progress.
    Developing multi-level presentations as needed to keep senior management stakeholders apprised on Project progress.
    Support Sr. Manager- RBWM Governance in preparation of agenda items and action items for various meetings on Ops Risk, Governance, Audit, Compliance.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

    Graduate with understanding of Banking, local regulations, products, and current developments.
    At least 8 years of experience in Banking industry
    Knowledge in Operational Risk, Fraud and Compliance
    3-5 years strong Operations experience
