Job Description

As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the FP&A team of the MEA Business, supporting key business decisions with data-driven insights. You will be responsible for financial reporting, variance analysis, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and financial accuracy. This role will require collaboration with finance and cross-functional teams to drive financial visibility and support the company’s growth objectives.

Please note: This is a contractual role for a period of 1 year with potential for renewal based on performance and business needs.

What You'll Do:

Financial Reporting & Analysis & month-end closing

    Ensure timely and accurate submission of all the financial & management reports for month-end close and commitment cycle.
    Conduct variance analysis, identify key trends, risks, and opportunities in financial performance to enhance financial visibility.

 Forecasting & Budgeting

    Build and share standardized templates to consolidate data for the budgeting cycles.
    Work with key partners to gather timely and accurate information.

Operational Improvement & Standardization

    Support finance transformation initiatives, including automation and process simplification.
    Help drive standardization efforts in financial reporting across different regions.
    Assist in improvements in execution for data consolidation.

Business Partnering & Cross-Functional Collaboration

    Work with commercial, supply chain, and Egypt teams to provide actionable insights.
    Support the extended finance team in providing operational insights to improve business performance.
    Partner with key customers to develop and track KPIs, ensuring accountability for financial results.

What You Bring:

    Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
    2 to 3 years of progressive experience in finance, preferably within FMCG industry.
    Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights.
     Advanced Excel skills.
     Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead multiple priorities simultaneously
     Entrepreneurial attitude with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
