A prominent financial services institution is looking to hire a Manager, Trade Finance in their growing team in Dubai.
About the Manager, Trade Finance role:
You will be responsible to support the business development activities in relations to Trade Finance products offered with the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company revenue targets for trade finance products and services.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, including banks, financial institutions, and corporations.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging market knowledge and industry contacts.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the trade finance industry.
Work closely with the credit and risk management teams to structure and price trade finance transactions in line with company policies and procedures.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of the company's trade finance products and services.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and closing deals.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, legal, and compliance, to ensure timely and accurate execution of trade finance transactions.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline
Minimum five years of sales experience in Trade Finance or Corporate Banking
Strong understanding of trade finance products
Excellent track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in the Middle East
