Our newest opportunity is for a talented Digital Capability Director to join our award-winning team based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Digital Capability Director will play a key role in transforming our client's internal and external digital capabilities. This position is crucial for enhancing our competency, efficiency, and profitability, with a specific focus on selling innovative digital solutions within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. As a leader in our Digital Advisory Services Team, you will collaborate across all KEO Divisions and Allied practices, driving integrated digital solutions and fostering innovation within the organization.
Responsibilities
We envisage success in this role to include;
Exploring new business and work-winning opportunities, leveraging expertise to sell cutting-edge digital solutions to clients.
Leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the firm's goals, emphasizing solutions that drive client value and differentiation.
Proposal Development and Client Engagement.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft compelling proposals that showcase our firm's technological capabilities as solutions to our clients' challenges.
Transforming and elevating KEO clients' digital capabilities in key areas such as visualization, data analytics, digital modeling, computational design, information management, and solution development.
Leading presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the tangible benefits of our digital solutions and their impact on project success.
Tailoring complex digital concepts into clear and accessible messages that resonate with diverse stakeholders.
Partnering with project teams to seamlessly integrate digital solutions into the AEC workflow, aligning with client requirements and project goals.
Overseeing the implementation of digital tools to improve project delivery, data analysis, and collaboration, ensuring clients experience the full potential of our solutions.
Identifying opportunities for technology adoption and guiding the organization in embracing digital tools, emphasizing their practical applications in client projects.
Developing training programs to upskill staff in the use of new digital technologies, emphasizing their role in solving real-world challenges.
Collaboration and Partnerships.
Fostering strategic partnerships with technology providers, industry leaders, and research institutions, positioning KEO at the forefront of digital advancements.
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure the seamless integration of digital solutions, emphasizing their impact on project success.
Qualifications
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include a minimum of 8- 12 years' related experience, partnered with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field including at least 5+ years of experience at management level.
Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience within the AEC industry.
Proven track record in developing and winning proposals for digital initiatives in the AEC sector.
Strong understanding of digital technologies relevant to AEC, including BIM, VR/AR, IoT, and cloud solutions. ·
Excellent communication, leadership, and networking skills.
Project management experience, with a focus on implementing digital solutions.
Familiarity with relevant software and tools in the AEC space.
Experience in managing change in an organization.
Proven track record in developing and implementing digital strategies.
Bi-lingual communication skills in Arabic will be viewed favourably.
Developed internal and external networks with key colleagues.
Has built and maintained customer intimacy.
