As a Public Relations Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating all government related activities. This position works seamlessly together with your direct with the to ensure all aspects related to the role are executed accurately.
As a Public Relations Officer, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring application of Business Visas, Residence Visas, Single/Multiple Entry Visas, Re- Entry Visas.
Coordinating all GRO duties on a daily basis.
Ensuring application of offshore and onshore passes for the crew through E-gate pass system portal.
Assisting the employees for the renewal of family Resident permit.
Ensuring renewal of Company CR, Signatory card, Trade license and any other license required for the company
Ensuring attestation of Labor contracts, degree certificates and any other documents required.

Have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similiar role
Have excellent interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.
Have the ability to be on call outside of normal business hours.
Have the ability to work in a global matrix organization.
Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
Have exceptional organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
Have the ability to travel.
