High level Role and Responsibilities
• Have a knowledge enough of all UC such as Call center/IP-telephony support and maintenance.
• Candidate must be enough capable to manage operations of UC services.
• Maintain, Monitor, repair and administrate UC services (such as Contact Center, IP telephony and Rightfax), Design level, Implementation level
• Give support for end-user IP phones and Jabber issues.
• Daily administration, Servicing, maintaining and supporting of IP Telephony systems/devices
• Installation and configuration IP Telephony Systems/devices and resolve issue.
• Troubleshooting of Hardware, break fix task, IOS, firmware upgrades and resolve issues
• Agree to work in 24x7 shift operations to cover multiple different locations in person, available 24\7 on need basis
