Administration Specialist, wood, Al Khobar, KSA

 

Overview / Responsibilities

Wood is recruiting for an Administration Specialist to work in Al Khobar / SA

• Providing administrative and general support to project teams and to corporate managers when required
• Take reasonable care of your own health and safety and of others who may be affected by your actions
• Co - operate with MAH by following all relevant health and safety policies and practice safe work habits
• Not to misuse any equipment and report any damaged equipment
• Report all injuries, incidents and near misses and to proactively support our behavioral based observation system
• Implement established procedures to ensure compliance to Quality and HSSE requirements
• Identify opportunities for improvement in Quality and HSSE and notify the relevant department

 

Skills / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Business, management, or equivalent qualification
• Years of Experience in engineering and project management environment with expertise in management information systems
• Possess a good understanding of project Document Control System requirements
• Ability to work well on their own or within a team
• Good communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
