Your Role:- The Head of Finance Diagnostics /Legal Entity CFO will be a high performing, professionally qualified individual with Management experience who can lead the company’s finance function and deliver its finance strategy, providing and continuously improving financial plans, systems, procedures and practices.
- This individual is a collaborative, dynamic finance professional, technically sound, commercially knowledgeable and an advocate of business partnering.
- You will act as trusted Partner to the Head of the Country/Legal entity CEO as well as with the Management Team, collaborating in the formulation of the strategy and in the achievement of strategic and business targets.
- You will serve as a role model for the Finance Community and beyond by living and promoting ownership culture.
- Act as developer, promoter and mentor for commercial talents in the country.
- You will provide input on major critical business decisions as well as proactively monitor government regulations and represent Siemens Healthineers towards external stakeholders.
- You will act as the Investors’ Advocate by protecting the assets and driving sustainable value creation.
- You will have the ultimate responsibility for the integrity of books and records, and for an effective risk management and internal control system and guiding the implementation and/or administration of Finance policies, guidelines, programs, and standards in the organization assigned.
- You will lead financial planning, controlling and budgeting of the entity, and will be supported by the operational Offer-to-Cash processes as well as Finance-related support processes like Treasury, Tax, Risk and Internal Control, Procurement & Logistics, Facility management, and IT as in-company manager; in this respect you will closely collaborate with the Zone Finance organization as well as the related Functions.
- Ensures that quality standards for Finance operations and processes are always met, inclusive of the understanding and requirements of the Subzone. Maintain networking with customers’ financial representatives, authorities and other financial institutions as well as liaising with external auditors and vendors in contractual matters.
Your Expertise:
- 8-10 years of work experience in a senior Finance role with international working experiences in different countries and cultures. Also reflected in HQ, country and regional finance function.
- Substantial relevant professional experience within a finance function, providing and presenting insightful financial information and commercial analysis to influence leaders across an organization.
- Degree in finance/accounting or related (essential).
- Chartered Accountant / Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or similar is an advantage.
- Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)/ IFRS.
- Fluent in spoken and written English. Arabic language is an advantage.
- Experience in the KSA Healthcare sector is preferable.
- Development, implementation and monitoring of financial processes and internal controls, including process improvement and systems implementation.
- Experience of preparing monthly accounts, forecasts, and management information.
- Experience of working with staff across cross functional teams.
- Experience of driving change across complex organizations dealing with multiple stakeholders.
- Dynamic leader while being a pro-active team player.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-changing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with third parties.
- A track record of problem solving.
- Ability to deliver under pressure while maintaining full integrity of actions and high quality of output.
- Analyze and present complex information in a relevant and comprehensible way, including interpreting accounting data for non-accountants.
- Excellent organizational skills with good end-to-end project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or other financial planning software.
- Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
