Nice One is searching for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to lead our accounting operations and drive financial excellence. Key Responsibilities – Senior Accounting, Financial Reporting & Control

• Oversee daily accounting activities, including general ledger management, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processes.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and ensure timely invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
• Monitor cash flow, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and provide comprehensive variance analysis to management.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements.
• Support cross-functional teams with financial insights and account analysis for business planning and decision making.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to streamline accounting operations and enhance financial reporting efficiency.

Essential Requirements – Accounting Qualifications, Financial Analysis & Compliance

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, SOCPA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience with a strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Comprehensive experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements, reconciliations, and audit schedules.
• In-depth knowledge of local and international accounting standards (SOCPA/IFRS/Gaap) and tax laws.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and attention to detail; able to identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues efficiently.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear financial reporting and stakeholder collaboration.
