Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented PMCM Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist in the coordination and management of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Director in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Coordinate project meetings, activities, resources, equipment, and information.
Liaise with Clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Ensure that Clients’ needs are met as the project evolves.
Asist in monitoring and track project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans, and money spent.
Translation of letters and documents from English to Arabic, and vice versa.
Asist in issuing all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g., contracts and terms of agreement).
Asist in creating and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in the related field.
Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the construction industry.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and procedures.
Proficient in MS Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
