Public Relations Officer, Bartawi General Contracting, Dubai, UAE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Public Relations Officer to join our team in Dubai's vibrant construction industry.

Responsibilities:
Manage all approval and permit applications related to construction projects, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations. - Liaise with government authorities such as Municipality, Civil Defense, DED, MOHRE, and other relevant entities for obtaining necessary licenses and approvals.

• Handle visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for employees.
• Verify necessary documents, submit visa requests, and track progress until visa stamping is completed.
• Assist with tasks related to Tasheel services.
• Provide support for notary-related documentation and procedures.
• Ensure the company complies with labor laws, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Stay informed about updates in government policies and relay relevant information to management.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to meet legal and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, legal, and project teams to facilitate seamless company operations.
• Assist employees with work permits, labor cards, and other administrative processes.
• Support management in resolving disputes or addressing issues with external authorities.
• Work closely with HR to facilitate the onboarding process for international employees.
• Provide guidance to management on legal and regulatory obligations.
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong understanding of the construction industry trends and challenges.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and government procedures.
• Independent, with the capability to manage end-to-end financial operations temporarily

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
