Event Coordinator, Dzen, Dubai, UAE

This job is OPEN to APPLY for ALL Nationalities, unless otherwise specified.

Your key responsibilities:
– Provide day-to-day support to the event team by assisting in the management of event logistics, schedules, and coordination;
– Take ownership of specific event tasks;
– Prepare event orders, contracts, and all necessary documentation for event execution, and create detailed post-event reports including feedback analysis, performance metrics, and recommendations for future events;
– Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and contribute to team development;
– Merchandise management.
Requirements:
– 2+ years of experience in Event planning;
– Experience with Dubai market;
– Previous experience in organizing tech, edtech and business events;
– Ability to identify and build relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers for events, negotiate contracts, and manage delivery timelines and quality;
– Proficiency with event management software, registration platforms, and event apps to streamline event processes and enhance attendee experience;
– Strong networking skills;
– Demonstrated ability to manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality event standards.
