Reimagine What’s Possible 

Planning  the Day to day Cylinder delivery operations based on customer demand
Manage the drivers to ensure the  cylinders delivered safely and on Time
Coordinate and track the transportation of goods to ensure timely delivery to clients and distribution centers.
Time  and priority management
Through Knowledge  of UAE roads and locations
Frequent communication and coordination with operations and customer service team to ensure the dispatch of orders on time
Monitoring the driver performance and KPIS
Report the safety incidence  and keep  track of it .
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries in the system.
Assist in the preparation and processing of shipping and receiving documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and packing lists.
Good Knowledge in DG  shipments ( Compressed gas / Cryogenic Liquids ),Dubai customs, SIRA , MOFA ,Dubai Chamber  Dubai Municipality  approval
Knowledge of local shipping regulations and documentation.
Communicate with suppliers, customers, and transportation providers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any shipping or delivery issues.
Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods in line with company policies.
Monitor inventory levels, perform stock checks, and report discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in logistics operations.
Assist in managing relationships with third-party logistics providers and vendors.
Track and manage shipment schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met.
Assist in optimizing transportation routes and reducing shipping costs.
Provide administrative support to the logistics department, including preparing reports, schedules, and other documentation.
Track the vehicle registration , EHS  , DCD permits and manage the renewals
Keep a track of preventive and corrective maintenance list
Help resolve issues related to damaged or missing goods and work with suppliers or customers to find solutions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure inventory levels align with demand and supply requirements.
Assist in organizing warehouse space efficiently and safely for storing inventory.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Valid UAE driver’s license
Knowledge of logistics management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
