We are now looking for an experienced and hands on Service Coordinator for our Consilium Middle East office in Sharjah, UAE.
In this position you have a pivotal role on our team and the tasks will include working with marine side of our business. You plan and coordinate service activities, handle service agreements and reimbursements. This is a very administrative role where you will speak directly with the customer, create projects, and register tasks for Service Technicians. Registering new customers in CERP and providing quotations for customers will be a part of your daily work as well as invoicing/crediting in the system.

We are looking for you who is willing to take on your next challenge and ready to support our business to go to the next level. You are open are enjoying working in a team as well as individual tasks. This role requires structure, so you therefore are organized and comfortable with meeting deadlines. New tasks are welcomed as you are not afraid to dive in and try something new. Prioritization is key in this position so being able to determine the level of priority for each task is important. You are also familiar with project management principles and fluent in English.
