Altios Middle East is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant and Project Coordinator in Dubaï. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting administrative tasks and contributing to market research projects.
Missions
Administrative Tasks:
Prepare, draft, and ensure the processing of invoices.
Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting.
Collaborate with the finance department on financial reporting tasks.
Provide administrative support to the business development team.
Assist in organizing and coordinating various projects.
Maintain organized records and documentation.
Market Research:
Contribute to market research activities, data collection, and analysis.
Assist in the preparation of market reports and presentations.
Collaborate with teams to gather relevant information.
Assist in preparing project proposals and presentations.
Profile
Proven experience in administrative roles
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Quick adaptability to changes in priorities and new challenges.
Commitment to internal and external client satisfaction.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French and Arabic are a must)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of market research principles
